This is the second time I made a complaint with this location near Willowbrook Mall. The first was when I ordered extra mushrooms they hardly gave me any. Today, they under cooked our pizza and would only offer to replace the pizza or credit us for a future pizza. What good is a credit when they ruined our dinner? Now we have to make dinner when the whole point of this was to save time. This place is garbage. Never again.

First time here (any of this franchise) and I came in for lunch. Wasn’t sure what was good (if anything, reviews I read were bad) so asked at front. Yes he tried to upsell for special but I got a Stromboli, four meat but I do t like bacon so asked for green peppers instead. Surprise, no up charge! Person was nice, food is filling, restaurant is a little cold but that’s probably to be expected. PS I’ve never given 5 stars, nothings perfect!

45 minutes delay on doordash pickup at 6:59pm on October 4. Nobody else in the store.

Had a bit of a mix up on our part with delivery but they fully compensated and we ended up with free pizza. Came warm and delicious.
Excessive wait time yo pick up order. Not polite staff specially the boy in glasses. I waiting for more than 15 min whereas I was told that I’ll take only 7 min.
