I recently had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a Pizza 64 location, specifically the Langley store. I was the only customer inside, yet I was told my order would take about 25 minutes. Instead, I ended up waiting 53 minutes. One of the pizzas came out burnt, and the rest were not fresh—despite being told they would be served hot, they were clearly sitting for a long time and were already cold by the time I got home.
According to my experience, the employee helping me (named Manak) seemed unsure of what he was doing and didn’t handle the situation professionally. It felt like there was no proper customer service or care during the entire interaction.
I had also ordered a gluten-free pizza, and after taking my order, it took them another 20 minutes just to tell me they actually didn’t have gluten-free crust available. This should have been mentioned right away, not after a long wait.
Overall, this was a very disappointing visit, and I truly hope the company looks into the operations of this franchise location.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 – One of the Best Pizzas I’ve Ever Had!
I tried the shahi Paneer Pizza and it was absolutely delicious! Honestly, one of the best pizzas I have ever eaten. The flavours were perfect, the thin crust was cooked just right, and every bite was amazing.
A special shoutout to Anmol, who made my pizza. She did an outstanding job — the pizza was so, so, so fabulous.😋
Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great quality pizza.
