Langley bypass. It was terible experience days before yesterday evening. requested so many times to access washroom, little girl keep looking at me but didnot helped me. you people showing attitute and rudeness. We been here over decades. I told to the girl standing front then after while long he sent hat guy fixed it out.

Had an awesome experience at this location. The food was amazing, and the service was fast.The staff is super friendly and helpful, and the clean restaurant made it even better. The fried chicken and Cajun fries are always a win, also I got the Classic Chicken sandwich, it really surprised me—juicy, perfectly fried, and a good size.

The Langley Bypass location sucks. Rude employees and the food is stale and has been sitting around for hours.

Shift Supervisor was very rude and not accommodating even if you ask her politely if i can still change my order that was not even handed to me yet. I wasn’t really familiar with all your product and do admit I have mistake ordering. I order boneless chicken wings and wasn’t expecting it looks like a nuggets. So I even asked her nicely “are you gonna be mad at me if i change it to 2 pcs?”. Without battling an eyelashes she said NO and says she already rung the order. I said you can still void it not that I'm not buying it, just wanted to swap it to 2pcs. She said NO she cannot void it making me look stupid. She should have said any other acceptable reasons like health &safety even I will understand. Even I have not touch my order; but as shift in charge saying she cannot void doesn’t make sense. Giving me stupid reason just not to grant my requests. She did not even hand me my receipt and now I realize that you needed it when complaining in your guest support website. I am really am frustrated; wish knew all your product. This is around 4pm 092725.

Dumping buckets of dirty mop bucket water right out there door.
The girl was beyond comprehension , walking around with tongs clapping them through out the kitchen
Not too mention cold rude gravy
Let's go back to the uncooked chicken!?
Then the rude girl talking amongst other employees about sweeping dirt around peoples open feet and people eating!
No thanks!
Also they thought charging for a bag when the customer is sitting there is cute? Well also a scandalous move!
Fries were cold too

Poor service cold food. Emailed corporate manager Rude employee extra rude. Was told 7 min as the meals were being made fresh. NOPE. COLD !!!!
