I would not recommend this place. The servers displayed discriminatory behaviour — there is no real “first come, first served” here. If you’re not white, be prepared to wait far longer for something as simple as a to-go coffee, while others are prioritized. In a country like Canada, where everyone should be treated equally, this kind of attitude is deeply disappointing.
After waiting nearly 30 minutes, two of us received our coffees in ceramic cups while one was given a to-go cup because they had “run out” of crockery. Poor organization and service overall.
There are plenty of other cafés that offer a welcoming atmosphere, respectful service, and better hospitality. This one, sadly, is not among them.

I went to this café today and Akira helped me, she was honestly the sweetest person ever! She was incredibly kind and helpful,truly going above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my order. Her positive attitude and sweet personality really stood out and made my visit wonderful.

Came to the city for some exploring and found this cute little cafe. The staff was very helpful, and ultimately chose the Spanish latte and WOW! Was I surprised. I’m a coffee LOVER and this was a treat! Such a smooth and enjoyable taste honestly 10/10 and great pricing. The atmosphere is pretty crowded however and the cafe inside is very hot temperature wise, I started sweating while I was waiting. Unfortunately their bathroom wasn’t working either. But never mind that. If you’re going for the coffee this place is amazing. But for a hangout spot… not so much

Great coffee shop. Good atmosphere and amazing variety of pastries, bakery and coffees. The quality of their food is really good and they always have fresh products. A kids' chair is available if you have a toddler. Definitely a cafeteria that is worth visiting. Totally recommended.
Me and my friends come here all the time during our breaks and the service is good, we had an issue this morning as we ordered a 20 ounce iced matcha with sugar free vanilla and oat milk as we always get. The lady ringing us up said it was going to be really sweet and we said no we just want sugar free syrup not regular if it comes with it. We get our drinks and notice it doesn’t look like it usually does and we try it and it’s really sweet to the point where we can’t drink it, so I called the store and she said we ordered banana and we didn’t we said we ordered sugar free vanilla with oat milk and we asked for a refund and they called back saying they could only remake it, so we went back and they remade it for us as a small size and put it on the counter and said try it. The service is good most of the time and I felt like the girl was rude this time.

Went with my fiancé last week and it was okay. I ordered a Spanish latte and I found it quite watery and flavourless. I didn’t drink my coffee and dumped it down the drain when I got home. The presentation of the coffees are very nice! The pumpkin cheese cake was alright. Not really what I expected but I won’t be ordering it again. Some may like it; each to their own! Also there isn’t much seating at all and the only seating available was outside on elementary school chairs. My Fiancé is 6’3” and has knee issues so it wasn’t the most comfortable seating at all. He used 2 chairs to sit on. I don’t understand why elementary chairs are appropriate for a cafe. Also some of the tables outside are so small and so oddly shaped! Really bummed out about the seating and the flavourless watery latte.

Food is great, no notes there. Definitely has the vibe down as well, very cozy and warm. Could spend a lot of time there. Don’t like the existence of both a tip jar and the tip prompt on the tablet but a minor gripe to an otherwise delicious experience. 4 1/2 stars as opposed to 4.
