I visited the Quiznos location expecting it to open at 9:00 AM, as stated both on Google and on the sign at the store entrance. However, when I arrived, the staff refused to serve me, claiming that the store actually opens at 9:15 AM and that the information on Google and the entrance sign is incorrect.
This inconsistency is frustrating and misleading. If the opening hours have changed, they should be updated both online and at the store entrance to avoid inconveniencing customers. I hope this issue is resolved promptly to improve the customer experience.

Been coming to Quiznos for over twenty years. The free honey mustard they used the give now costs $1 each and they won't even give you the container that fits the sandwich to dip in. They used to for years and years but refused to today. I drive from Maple ridge for this, will not ever return. I don't blame the staff, I blame the owner

Worst Quiznos experience ever. Rude workers who do bare minimum and speak terrible English couldn’t even order the right sub because they can’t understand. Pool quality and disgustingly dirty. Employees should be fired on spot for not washing hands before handling food after sweeping floor. GROSS!!

The people were trying to sell me extra things, and gave me a warm chocolate milk, refused to give me a cold one, tried to push me into buying a combo... Terrible service...But sandwich was good ?
This particular place was terrible, other Quiznos are better service..
The reply by owner is an absolute joke.. This place was terrible... They sent me a link to fill out a long survey...This place has terrible service.. I have even reduced my stars for sandwiches

The workers are basically robots that speak in a monotone. No "hello" or "thank you", no casual conversation. Just a blank stare, or the occasional bark of "no substitutions". They clearly don't want to be there
Food is as to be expected, which is very tasty. Staff seem to lack personality and general warmth. I’ve been in more inviting hospital cafeterias.

Staff was rude, didn't listen, had to reiterate we wanted pickles 4 times, then only got 3 pickles, asked for Italian bread, got cheeze bread. Failed to ask if I wanted a reciept, and just walked away and ignored my request for one. It appeared we were disturbing their day and it was an inconvenience to them to be there. I used to come regularly and was very satisfied, new staff has brought the place down.
