UPDATE: I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt to this location but... Twice I filled out the tedious 'feedback' survey, provided in the link by the owner. I had also already done so beforehand. Only to receive some scripted, regurgitated (copy and pasted) garbage response from a generic Quizno's entity. It stated it would share the feedback with the company, yet absolutely NO RESPONSE from the owner. How is that reaching out to make things right? They clearly have no intention to do so. It is an obvious scam that wastes our time while the owner 'publicly' looks like they are attempting to make amends with the unhappy customer. Perception is not always everything. They have the means and have had every opportunity but did nothing. It looks like they have done this to other people as well. What a joke.
Super disappointed in my experience at this Quizno's location. It was not remotely busy around 6:30pm and I ordered ahead to save time. One of the employees was actively sweeping right where our food was being prepared. This was an immediate red flag and grossed us out. My order was not ready for pick-up upon arrival, but it was only a couple minute wait, so that was fine. When we went home and opened the subs up they were completely missing half the ingredients (i.e. no cheese, mushrooms, caramelized onions or sauce). I mean, come on, that's half the entire order!! The subs were narrower than normal, and the lobster sub I was so looking forward to, I would NEVER get again. If they do ever taste half decent I will never know it. They clearly were not made correctly a few days ago.... It was bland, dry and tasteless with us questioning if it was even real lobster. It was mushy and did not taste exactly like lobster should with the proper texture. It definitely seemed processed or not stored correctly. I would never pay $14 for this sub again. The other major issue is that I found out the prices online in the app are cheaper than the in-store prices. $14 on app versus $15.50 in store. This same pattern continued for other subs. Very sketchy business tactics. I don't even understand that. I went out of my way to try this Quizno's location out of nostalgia for the chain and definitely regret it now. Unfortunately, this experience has left a bad taste in my mouth. Quite literally.
