Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

We haven't been at an RR in years and only went this time as it was a family members birthday and it was their choice. We quickly realized why we never go to a RR. Incidentally...the location in Abbotsford needs to be either bulldozed or renovated from the ground up.
I got the Blue Chill which was alright. My husband's wings had very little sauce on them and very little meat. He actually had to eat again after this meal as he barely had dinner. RR fries are usually soggy which they were once again. My burger was basic and nothing to rave about.
The service saved this visit. Our waitress was lovely...helpful & cheery. Also..as it is a newer location the restaurant itself was nice.
Honestly though...how does Red Robin survive in BC? What's to like?

We like this place, but (Taylor) over charged us on multiple things that we’ve never paid before or since, and we’ve always ordered the same thing. Shame on you for adding additional charges 👎🏽

First time here and our experience has been just thrilled, food is delicious, service (Gaby)... Can't say anything but thanks and awesome.

Had a really bad experience at red robin langley. However after this experience management went above and beyond to rectify the situation and were extremely kind and professional in their response.

Had a new waitress - Bella and she was great, friendly, & out going . Did order the Gravy for my fries and sure its only 1.99, but it is crappy. It’s like thickend jello. Costco had better Gravy and Costco is not a full restaurant. Need to improve it. Otherwise great dinner with my mom.

Food was awesome, as always. This was my first time at the Langley location. The Guildford location I usually go to has a bar/lounge area which I like better.

Parking: Big mall parking lot, plenty of room everywhere.
