I want to express my dissatisfaction with the service at this location, both in terms of food quality and staff behavior. This is not a one-off issue. It has happened repeatedly, and this was the fifth time in a row that my pizza was made incorrectly. My instructions were not followed, and the same mistakes keep being repeated every time.
Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend avoiding the Fraser Highway location. If you order from here, there's a high chance you'll face the same poor experience that I did.

Pizza itself is very good. Unique flavours, excellent toppings and crust. Delivery service was awful. We had pre-ordered for a kids birthday. They didn't show up and we called after 30 mins past the scheduled arrival time. They then said they would be leaving in 8 mins. I get it if you're unexpectedly running behind but the better service and way to do business is to call the customer and let them know before they chase you down. Guests were hungry but patient. The food was good so I would count this as a one off for the bad timing. Will order again and see if it repeats itself.

Good deals & pizza but bad service, ordered 2 pizzas and cheesesticks, they forgot to make the cheesesticks but charged me for it, had to go back and wait another 10 mins while pizzas became cold.

I previously left a 5-star review for Red Swan Pizza and have recommended this place to others in the past. Some of those people eventually stopped going, and at the time I did not understand why. After this experience, I do.
I pre-ordered my pizza online to be ready at 5:40 PM and arrived exactly at 5:40 to pick it up. When I gave my name, the staff member walked over to a pizza that was already sitting on the counter in the back, not under any heat or warming area, and handed it to me.
I live one minute away, and by the time I got home the pizza was cold and simply not good. I had to reheat it just to make it edible. There is no way this pizza was made fresh for my scheduled pickup time, and it makes me question how long it had been sitting there.
I phoned the restaurant afterward and clearly told them that the pizza was cold and not good at all. The response was a brief “oh sorry about that,” with no attempt to make it right or take responsibility in any meaningful way. I was not calling to get a free pizza, but basic customer service matters.
Given this experience and the lack of response afterward, I will not be returning. This is disappointing, especially considering how highly I have spoken about this place in the past. Because of this, I am updating my review to 1 star.

I have since recommend red swan as our go to pizza place, I'm really like their pizza, as well as there quesadillas. However I give it two points I realize it's not a big eat in fancy restaurant I get that. We had no plans to actually sit down, and eat inside however at least twice add other locations we have found herself sitting down inside and having our pizza there.
However at this particular location the two tables that were there were dirty the windows were very smeared with greasy hands and the door glass was very dirty. I was surprised to see this given its only got two little tiny tables there. Besides that I do recommend. For the taste, really like the Sesame seed crust ,as well as the toppings, and the price.
Delivery was fast pizza was great very fresh and delicious

These guys massively let me down. Pizzas delivered last Friday night were possibly the worst pizzas I have ever had. The toppings did not go to the crust, they were dry as heck (not enough pizza sauce) and they were completely burnt. Who even delivers such bad pizzas? If you mess up, chuck them. Will never go to Burnt Pizza again. Total crap.
