Ordered All Dressed and Veggie Fans pizza; cooked just right including crust, lots of toppings which I like, sauce was good amount and spread out and tasteful. They are known for sesame seed crust which is really good; you can also request no sesame seed crust and just as good. Inside is very clean and orderly, well lit menu signs and lots of parking spots around. Pizza is right priced to it's quality and competition. Highly recommend this place. I wish I had taken photos but ate it all too fast; but I see others have posted.

Paneer tikka personal pizza was super gud and I was well treated by the lady, Kuldeep and customer service was good.

Order XL chicken Supreme with chili pepper ?.
Delivery was super fast. In 30 minutes we have received our pizza. Flavor was perfect, nice combination of toppings. Sauce was tasty and dough was perfect proof. No so thick or thin. Surprise with amount of toppings we got. Definitely spread the good words around the community.

Normally, the service is quite prompt, and the pizza is good for what it is. Tonight, the service, however, was lacking. I went in to pick up and order placed by my wife, and they had told me that there was no such order. I proceeded to give them both of our phone numbers and names, nothing came up in their system. I then went home to try and figure out something else quickly for dinner only to be called halfway through meal prep from staff who were upset that I had not picked up my pizza. When I confronted the staff member, he told me I was wrong and I never gave them the right name or phone number and that I would either pay now or the next time we went in. Irate, I paid for the now cold pizza, which only added to the bad taste in my mouth from the experience.

Best place to find and eat vegetarian pizzaz with good customer service and delicious taste. I tried Paneer Tikka and Butter Paneer and those both were so much delicious and tasty.

Honestly I was disappointed. It was my first time at Red Swan and I ordered a donair, the outer crust was too big (extended) reducing the portion of pizza toppings and the cheese was a bit overcooked relative to other pizza joints. I also didn't think the crust tasted good, which is not the case for other pizzas I have had.

We always order delivery. But i was in the plaza doing shopping so i decided to pick up my food. As soon as I walked in I was greeted. The place was very busy, but clean, and smelled great.
All the pizza was cooked perfectly and had a generous amount of toppings. This location has earned a spot among my top pizza experiences!
The pizza dough is fluffy in the right places and has a perfectly done, crunchy crust that isn't overly thick♥️ Don’t forget to add garlic to any pizza to take the flavour to another level! Thanks guys!

Absolutely amazing, never had this kind of fully loaded and flavoured pizza in Vancouver. It’s our new to go place. Very soft and crispy crust with sesame. Man so amazing, telling all my coworkers and friends, family to give them a try. We order every week. Amazing deals too.
