Fantastic local gem. You can tell that it a true family owned and operated restaurant. The owner and staff are so very friendly. It has a cozy atmosphere and above all their pizzas are delicious. I highly recommend the Red Swan.
I was visiting from Edmonton. Seen Red swan near by our stay. Review was superb. So decided to give it a try. Man it was freaking awesome…..Never had this much best BBQ chicken pizza in Edmonton swan….Best ever really thick pizza soft dough no skimping on the toppings here……surely worth the price….. No wonder why they are super busy……

Came around 5:30 and ordered their veggie sticks. Staff was really professional with taking orders and making it. It was my first experience with red swan and i personally recommend this place

They have the best service in town. The price of the pizza is very minimal. You will get a quality food. So many vegan and GF options too.

Very bad service also very rude dnt know how talk to customer never coming back to this place
Absolutely zero customer service. The girl doesnot know how to serve the customers. Ridiculous!
I had a very disappointing experience here on September 30th around 7:15 pm. I ordered a chocolate lava cake and it was served completely cold. I went back once to ask for it to be warmed up it was still not warm. I went back a second time because anyone who knows a lava cake understands it can’t be eaten cold.
The staff member’s response shocked me. She said “I don’t know, I’m making pizza, you have to wait”. When I asked how long, she said 10–15 minutes. 10–15 minutes just to warm up a lava cake? That’s absolutely unacceptable.
This is not only poor service but also shows a lack of training. Staff should know how to properly serve items on the menu and treat customers with respect. Very disappointing experience.

I went after reading reviews but looks like they are all misleading. Pizza didn’t have any flavour. It felt like i am eating plain dough. Toppings were way less. Dominos make better pizza than this place.

The pizza is getting worse over time, and on top of that, there is no customer service at all. They call straight away and blame the customer for late pick up when your website doesn't have a time update. It's not even polite or respectful; it's just straight away blaming. Do you know you are doing consumer service? Do you know what's happening to other people? Don't take it out on your customers if you have a bad day. They don't owe you anything.

I have ordered their pizzas a couple of times for takeout. The crust is quite good—really like the sesame part. I prefer the regular crust over the thin one. The base tomato sauce tends to be on the sweeter side, which is not really my thing, but others might like it. Toppings are decent, and there’s a good variety to choose from. Overall, a solid spot for pizza takeout.

First time, went off reviews, super underwhelming. Barely any flavour. Weak on the toppings, weak on the sauce, undercooked.
