We visited Ricky’s yesterday with our family and had a very disappointing experience. After arriving, we waited to be acknowledged, but no staff spoke to us or offered to seat us. An elderly couple who came in about five minutes after us was greeted and seated right away while we were still standing there being ignored.

Only when we started walking out the door did someone finally try to seat us — by that point it felt like an afterthought, and we chose not to stay or eat.

I have never had bad service or food here! Try the pizza it's amazing! Kids meals and soups, even the breakfast too. So yummy!!

The shrimp was great and fresh cook and hot the fish was like I have never had like a pancake stuffed with fish that might of been frozen and not hot and 60 dollars for 2 people with coffee then the tip. So like 70 dollars

Armit the manager is great..food is delish and restaurant is clean waitresses are pleasant definitely a great place.

Our office has ordered from this location a few times already and the pizza has always been great. The last time we ordered the Manager, Amrit, took our order over the phone and was very polite and well spoken. When we went to pick up our order there was a mix up with the food and we ended up with some pasta instead of pizza. When I called back, Amrit immediately took care of it, no questions asked and told us to keep the extras. He even gave us drinks and a gift card for the inconvenience. We really appreciated his professionalism and generosity.
