I really don't write reviews but this place was close to my house so I ordered off Uber eats and long story short I was very dissapointed. The prawns were super over cooked by the time they got to me, chicken was pretty meh and it was just very basic with no distinct flavor.Thai should be bursting with flavor. Please do better for your future patrons..

Food was good but the service was not acceptable. The owners have covid 19 phobias. I walked on not knowing the original and was ushered to take a seat and wait for my order. No greeting except please wait over there.I understand the covid thing but have signage saying please wait for host or hostess to assist.

Absolutely delicious!! I got the drunken noodles with chicken and since I am gluten Intolerant they were able to make it gluten free no problems at all!! I don't know why this has a 3.7 review , staff are super friendly, food is absolutely delicious and lovely ambiance!

Thai iced tea is huge; too bad it’s 80% ice. Fwiw: uses coconut milk instead of condensed milk.

THIS PLACE DESERVES BETTER RATINGS. We ordered delivery tonight for the third time and the food has been absolutely killer, each and every dish. Seriously outstanding. We will continue to order from Ruan Thai every time we want amazing food. Always delivered hot and I can't imagine tastier food.

I was in Langley today walking through the shops and stopped in here to grab a take-out order of pad Thai.I paid for my order, and then I asked the fellow if while I was waiting for my food I could use the restroom. He told me “it’s only for customers.” (??????)So I waited for my food and got it and as I was getting ready to leave I said to him “take out orders are customers too, you know. You should value all of your customers.” He just grumbled something at me, and got back to texting on his phone.The pad Thai was okay - not the best I’ve had, but not the worst.

Ordered delivery and we exclaim it’s a 12/10. SO flavourful, we absolutely loved the Tom Ka Gai soup.

Poor customer service.Long wait time when the restaurant only had one other customer.Food is bland, not like authentic Thai food at all.Chicken was dry.pad thai tasted like noodles tossed with maple syrup.Save your money for a great experience and amazing food just a few minutes walk away at banchockdee. told the server about our poor experience very clearly and he had nothing to say and ignored us. Also heard him telling the other customer she ordered a large soup when she siad she ordered a small. What happened to customer is always right? If I could give zero stars i would.No toilet paper or paper towel in the bathroom.Have a giant sign attached to a chair at the front telling drivers who are picking up to wait there. Which made it feel very unwelcoming.Server pointed at the vaccine passport sign as soon as we walked in without any other greeting. And when we were leaving he kept pointing at me to go stand by the door infront of this large fan which made me feel like he was trying to blow the covid away.... ?♀️?♀️

I ordered vegan yellow curry and the lady gave me chicken and laughed at me when I asked if they delivered so I could get the correct order. I made sure woman heard me by repeating my order and I had to throw out my food because I can't eat meat. The food tastes good but the disrespect makes me not want to go back there

Just awful. We order through Uber eats and the food was just horrible. We ordered Pad see-iew, garlic prawns, wonton soup and spring rolls. The noodles and meat in the pad see-iew was over cooked. Mushy noodles & chewy beef. The garlic prawns were over cooked too and there was no sight or taste of the garlic. Think they just drowned the dish in teriyaki sauce. The broth in the soup was watered down and the pork in the wontons was not seasoned. Spring rolls were also unseasoned. I rarely leave restaurant reviews but this was just so awful that I just had to say something. We love Thai cuisine and haven’t had any for over two years. We were so excited to have it for dinner tonight, but got a big bag of disappointment.
