Lunch combo is very worth while as you can see from the pictures. Their tempura is fried to perfection.
Another thumbs up for Langley restaurant! -- I am so impressed. I feel like food in Vancouver is not as good as here to be honest. Anyway, the sushi and teriyaki beef are a keeper. My son loves them a lot. Price is very make sense with a good quality of food they serve. Friendly staff!

Over cooked beef thats more like jerky than steak. There salad is actually rotten brown. Seafood taste spoiled half the time the deep fried stuff is greasy. Aftwr todays bad attitude because they can't take simple directions like no fish eggs. I would never go here again even if I was paid to. Good luck to any poor victims of this over rated gas station sushi
Nice to be there. Differently designed place. Beautiful area.
Love the staff here they're always super friendly and kind. Love them for dine in and take out! Really nice portion sizes too.
Good customer service. Very good good food, there's even a complimentary green tea that I did not expect as I wait for my order. Thank you, it was a worth a wait.
Today i ordered take out, 1 chicken and 1 beef teriyaki bento box...holy moly...it was the BEST SUSHI EVER!!! The flavours were AMAZING!! The tempura was in a proper ventilated box so it was still warm and crispy when i got home!!!! And i also ordered a salmon bomb oshi bc i had no idea what oshi was...glad i did, it was so good!! Definitely my new GO TO favourite!!! Can't wait to try another roll too..btw, the heart attack roll is awesome too!!! Jalapeno poppers in a roll...???
The salmon bomb was just divine! One of my favourite bites ever. Packed full of flavor.Even the other rolls I had were delicious. Will definitely return here again.
Sockeye Sashimi was good, not excellent but good. The Red Roll was fantastic. The appy tempura was very nice, not too oily and large pieces. The only thing they could do better is keep their restaurant cleaner, it was a bit sketchy. Not very many tables either, tons of takeout happening

Disclaimer: I hate rating places I love because I fear tgemasses ruining it or being unable to get a rable when I please. This place is located right around the corner from my job and I feel so damn lucky. I have a fairly short criteria for a great restaurant 1. Good cheap drinks 2. Good food (of course) 3. Vegetarian options 4. Ambiance whether it be decor, music, or some combination there of. Gu has it all. I always start off with a sakepolitan the perfect combination of sake and cucumber very very strong yet refreshing. And I usually end up getting the avocado roll, vegetable dumpling and/or spring roll. Service can only be described as swift (but patient, for us indevsive folks) and efficient. Honestly, a perfect after work happy hour/business lunch. Just come. You won't regret it.

The food is awesome The staff is friendly
Okay. Obviously a hardworking kitchen. Terriaki beef & sushi roll was tasty. Miso had those tiny tofus that usually come from packet miso. Lacklustre service. Decor clean but clinical. Mainly you will not get Covid from drinking tea here because it contains a very high amount of soap! Even my second cup was soapy - do they wash the kettle with soap? Please fix these little things so all the hard work of the kitchen is not wasted.
This place is so warm humble quiet place with a beat and melody for food. The food is absolutely delicious and out of this world experience. I go there every week. I get my vegetables and meat the way I love it. Friendly atmosphere and staff and cooks are awesome.11 out of 10.
