All drinks are so good , specially the mojito

Best Boba the place is nice. The lime is nice. all the juice they sell it is so nice, specially the peach mojito.

I stop here often if I am shopping at Willowbrook. Staff are super friendly. Prices reasonable. Lots of different options and flavours to choose from.

The drinks I get are always amazing, but the paper straw mushed-out on me by the time I got to my car (and I just ordered it and left) I’ve had paper straws at other places that were fine, but not these ones!

No longer a good bubble tea place

As always, staff was kind and served me very good bubble tea. I got the taro slush with pearls. Will come back if I have the chance 🧋 😊 😋

They provided me with patient service during such a busy time. I got my drink immediately and it’s tasted good! I will definitely visit sharetea again.

We came here to get a quick drink when shopping in the mall. There were 2 workers behind the counter and it took the lady serving us a hot minute to serve us and punch in our order. We wanted at LEAST 20 minutes for our drink.
When we finally went to the counter to ask for it, she said it has been there the whole time. Not impressed with the custom service. Not to mention the automated tablet tip for a 7 dollar drink.

I was hoping for good no sugar no milk options but it was mainly just fruit teas and I was told the ice blended ones would work too but whatever is in the taro was obviously not healthy enough for a body that gives feedback when there's toxins.. Crystal boba is nothing special either

Ordered classic milk tea.
Milk tea was ok but parls were super warm. It was disgusting. Customer service was not good but they still asked the tip when paying. (Absolutely skipped)

Ordered a passionfruit green tea with 30% sugar. The beverage was not overly sweet, and there were actual passionfruit seeds in the beverage. No issues during the ordering process.

Ordered two times and all super super super sweet ( even chose 30% sugar). First time thought might be a mistake, the second time, still. I cannot understand. Do you guys working there cannot read? I said 30% sugar and the drinks I got tasted like 200% sweeter.

Editing after response from owner: She ordered it EXACTLY as it says on the menu “Mango Ice Blended with Ice cream” so we wanted it made EXACTLY as it says on your menu. We always order it the same way and we have NEVER been asked if we would like it modified in anyway, also my coworker has been told by your staff that the blended ice drinks are not able to be modified at all so why would we even be asked this question?
We will never be back here, your customer service as the MANAGER is really disappointing.

Drinks are always good but customer service is garbage. Whoever the tall guy is with the bleached hair tips that makes him look like Guy Fieri, if you’re not happy in the job, GET ANOTHER ONE. Don’t blame customers just because you didn’t make a drink properly and we came back to get them remade.
