I'm never disappointed with food/drinks at Starbucks. This one doesn't really have an atmosphere but does what it's supposed to. Staff often seems like you're interrupting them. Their mugs are always great gifts, this one is cute for this time of year or for people who like skulls.

Terrible service and long wait. Waited 20 minutes for the person in front of me to get service. No acknowledgement to anyone in line. Inquired about how much longer to wait and informed another 5 minutes. I left and 2 people behind me had already left. Came back to complain and barista was complacent and not care. Third bad experience at this location. Won't bother returning.

Didn't offer me any stoppers or a bag. I had hot coffee on my chest with in a few steps of the store. After about 10 mins of walking the tray got so saturated with coffee that the tray gave out and my daughters Frappuccino ended up all over the side walk. Emailed customer service of course they never got back to me.

Staff were rude and unhelpful, they accused my partner of lying about returning a $40 cup she purchased yesterday. The staff did not have name tags on and said that she purchased it at a different store but pretty sure that was the distributor code for "independent" Starbucks.

Always listens to the customisations I ask her to make. She has a very great attitude towards her job and customers. She definitely deserves a raise or a promotion tbh.!!!-A happy customer
