My mother had a specific beverage she wanted but could not recall the name. We made an error with the order, but the female barista patiently listened and crafted the drink based on my mother's description. I want to take this opportunity to send her a BIG THANK YOU. You totally made our day, and I want to thank you for your excellent customer service.

This one doesn't really have an atmosphere but does what it's supposed to.
Staff often seems like you're interrupting them.
Their mugs are always great gifts, this one is cute for this time of year or for people who like skulls.

I was served here by Veenus and she was amazing. Very courteous, professional and went out of the way to accomodate my request. Good help is hard to find these days but that wasn't the case with her. They've got a great barista in her! Thanks again.
