This location can’t be relied on to make your drinks the way you asked them to the first try. They consistently make the same silly mistakes that make me wonder if they need to retrain the baristas or just care more about quality control. Either way, it’s embarrassing to constantly have to ask to have your coffee fixed or remade, and disappointing to suck it up and drink something that wasn’t make the way you asked.

Depends on who is working as far as how your service will be. Extra hot for some is luke warm. Last latte I had tasted like chemicals and burned my mouth and it wasn’t because it was actually hot. When I returned the drink the barista wasn’t concerned at all and didn’t seem to care. We generally stop here for coffee daily but haven’t been back since.

waiting over 20 minutes in the drive thru is a little ridiculous. i’m not sure if they’re just severely understaffed for the volume of customers or they do not have proper procedure for when a drive thru customer orders half the menu. when the drive thru line starts honking in unison at the 20 minute mark, i think there might be a problem.

Went in while there was maybe 6 people inside and grabbed a drink and a snack, my drink came out 2-3ish minutes after I ordered, however I stood there for 15 minutes waiting for my food that never came! Had to leave without the food I payed for as I had somewhere to be, keeping in mind they weren’t busy, just didn’t make my food.
They were incredibly kind and helpful, such a clean and quiet space to work in.

I normally don't write reviews, and I've never had issues with Starbucks before as whenever there's an issue with my drinks the baristas always happily remake my drink for me with no added charge. I get this summer berry lemonade with light ice multiple times a week so I know what they are supposed to look like. I noticed there's barely any pearls, (there's normally 3-4 times this amount), she said there's one scoop in there, to which I had said okay but this is about half a scoop if that, I order this drink a lot and there's normally 3-4 times this amount, to me this looked like half a scoop at best. I asked politely if they could just add some more pearls on the top, she turned to her coworker and then told me I would have to pay for an additional scoop (I had already spent over $30 at this point and had paid already). At this point I was very frustrated and so once I received everything I left, right after I left I tried my sandwich which was soggy (normally crunchy on the outside) and my husbands sandwich was almost too tough to bite through. Definitely never returning to this location.
