Tried the new iced gingerbread oat chai and it's pretty much like sugar milk like most of their drinks... Lots of ice even if you request light ice. Even if you reduce flavors and customize with alternative milks nobody should be paying for this unhealthy stuff really.. I had a gift card. Service is really nice but hopefully we're all learning truth is what matters

My friend invited me to meet here, first time to try this location, spacious and high ceiling , modern and clean environment here, closed to Indigo store, still many people here, but not noisy. Lots of free parking outside.

I recently went over to Tim Hortons to get a coffee and all I could hear Is the women in the morning cackling like a bunch of hens behind the counter and really loud. Not having any consideration at all for the people in there.
So I decided to go over to Starbucks, this location, to get the typical ambiance of Starbucks, nice music, relaxing atmosphere and quiet. Ahhh not so…
Soon as I walk in all I hear is this stupid R&B music playing, the same music you hear in every fast food restaurant in the city. Whatever happened to the nice mellow lounge and jazz music that Starbucks used to play.
I didn’t even buy a coffee I just turned around and walked out after hearing that music, that’s the last thing I want to hear first thing in the morning. I guess I’ll find another location that might have what I’m looking for

I’m very dissatisfied I asked for a VENTI chai latte, no ice , it should be full don’t you think , this is $6 venti ! 😡not happy at all !!!

Great place to grab a coffee, work or study! I don’t know about you, but I absolutely love indigo, so it has nice grabbing a coffee from here and strolling to find new books.

Received a coffee that’s barely lukewarm and when asked they offered to replace, the replaced coffee is terrible in taste. Seems like they made a dripped coffee with reused powder ?.

Terrible… tells me my order will be ready at a time have to wait almost 20mins pass that time just to get a horrible drink in return… will do huge delivery before helping the people ordering inside…then crazy attitude when ask what’s taking so long from the time told.
