This is one of my favorite Starbucks in the area. It’s fairly large with lots of new tables and I love the cool wood treatment at the bar. The bathrooms are very clean and they have a code locked door to keep it from being abused. My only complaint is that the service can be slow at times because of mobile and large takeout orders that seem to come in often. The baristas are always friendly helpful. Keep up the great work 👍☕️❤️

Bought 2 Summer drinks. What a waste of money. They both tasted like sugar water with a splash of food colouring. A kid’s juice box would have been more refreshing. We didn’t care the cashier could barely speak English or that we waited 10 mins when we were the only customers for 3 people on staff but please say something professional other than “wanna do-over”? Nope, keep our money and give us nothing good in return, getting used to the new Canada.

Really? Unimpressed with my encounter here, I didn't come for like a specific drink, but I happened to be shopping in the bookstore, and I needed water for my fourteen month old toddler
I asked the barista who then asked a lady behind her. I'm guessing, may be a manager of some sorts
And she proceeds to turn around and tell me, I'm sorry, Starbucks doesn't give water anymore without a purchase and let's be clear here. I'm confused because i'm standing there with my stroller with my baby in it physically whole day. A Sippy coupled in one hand and the cup in the other. So I am confused, and I asked not even for a fourteen month old baby
And then she gave me a bit of attitude and said, well, you didn't specify that
First off, I work in customer service, I'm a supervisor myself. If a customer came to me asking for water and they're holding a Sippy, coupled in one hand and the cup in the other and they're pushing a stroller, it would be quite clear that the water's for the child, second off. She didn't ask me who the water was for. Of course, I didn't specify that to her, because the first thing she said to me was we don't give out water without a purchase now.Look at me and my child in the cup in mike's hand and say, is it for you or the baby
Eventually, she did give me the water. But the attitude towards me and the lack of common sense was, yeah, just like a total turna way for me, considering I really love Starbucks. This was an incredibly yeah, disappointing encounter. Even the bag that I use for school is a starbucks tote bag
Hopefully, you guys see this and uh, be more clear. Maybe ask some questions, especially if you see people with children asking for water when it's this hot outside and you know, be kind of parents and families, because we're customers as well

There’s a reason Starbucks is going down. The person at the cashier kiosk is the first point of contact. You’d think their main task is to hear orders. After waiting, he gets our order wrong and just blank stares. You’re not gonna change the order? Not going to apologize? Not even going to say hey I’ll make you a new one? I the customer have to point this out? What in the world 🤦🏽♂️

Stopped by the Starbucks on Langley Bypass and was honestly shocked by how poor the service was. The staff seemed disinterested and were more focused on chatting with each other than helping customers. My order was wrong twice, and when I politely asked for it to be corrected, I was met with attitude instead of an apology.
The place wasn’t even that busy, but tables were dirty and the floor looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in hours. Definitely not the welcoming, cozy vibe Starbucks is known for.
If you’re looking for good coffee and decent service, I’d suggest checking out one of the other locations nearby. This one was a real letdown.

I love this Starbucks location because my wife can go to indigo and I can sit and enjoy a cup of coffee right at the same location! Staff is always friendly, location is very clean. The prices of drinks and food are too high tho, so every time I tell myself that I’m here for the last time haha, but it still doesn’t affect the overall experience!

How can you have a drink and food establishment and not have restrooms or indoor seating. What a waste of location.

I recommend this place to you. Because customer service is what sets you apart. Most of the employees I interacted with were very kind and friendly. One of the employees helped me with the registration and my drink was very nice and sweet. I will definitely remember and love the service of this place. Thanks to the staff here. Good luck!

One of my favourite locations in Langley because of its attachment to Indigo.
It has space to sit and enjoy your order, washrooms are available and plenty of free parking.

Service is terrible. Savannah took my order and couldn’t have been more condescending. I took out the barcode to scan for stars and she very rudely motioned for me to hurry up with her hands and asked me “what do you want”. I wasn’t even taking long to order I simply was turning my phone around for her. There was no line behind me she had no reason to act that way. I would admit if I was taking long to order but I already had my drink of choice planned. I also asked to customize my drink and she was visibly annoyed -sucked a breath in. Made me feel like the gum on her shoe. I work customer service too and couldn’t imagine treating someone like that. Shame on you Savannah.

I accidentally left my work phone there and Jamie and the staff were so amazing to keep it for me until I returned. Super friendly and helpful! Great Starbucks!!

Tried the new iced gingerbread oat chai and it's pretty much like sugar milk like most of their drinks... Lots of ice even if you request light ice. Even if you reduce flavors and customize with alternative milks nobody should be paying for this unhealthy stuff really.. I had a gift card. Service is really nice but hopefully we're all learning truth is what matters

My friend invited me to meet here, first time to try this location, spacious and high ceiling , modern and clean environment here, closed to Indigo store, still many people here, but not noisy. Lots of free parking outside.
