I just went through this drive-thru and the audacity to ask for a tip is amazing. I'm literally driving up to the window so somebody can hand me a drink that I paid $6 for it that's not even hot. I requested extra hot and I can drink this like it's water.

The 4 staff members that were working today and helped fill my in store order at 9:50am were absolutely incredible. It was like a well oiled machine. Staff were all extremely busy filling orders but they worked so well together, were super positive with all customers, and overall they created an amazing atmosphere. Hope these 4 team members are congratulated for their commitment to excellent customer service.
Man, sometimes the iced coffee is watery, sometimes someone is too impatient when making the iced coffee to let the coffee cool completely before pouring it over ice, sometimes I ask to have it remade. HOWEVER, I never asked to be mocked and made fun of by the staff. Very unprofessional and honestly just plain rude.

The consistency and quality of the drinks being made here is all over the place. The last few times I have gotten my usual drink (iced shaken espresso with oat milk) it has been so watery and bitter. I select the light ice option and they fill the drink up with half ice. They also barely put any oat milk in the drink, despite me paying extra for it. The last time I went here, I used 200 stars to get a venti drink and they made it a grande (the sticker on the cup said venti smh).

I recently move to the area. This has become one of my favourite cafe. It’s a very cute place, clean and the library next door makes it better. Customer service was wonderful. Nathan was very attentive, nice and made sure I had the perfect order.
