I go to this location often and the service from the staff and the coffee is always on point.

Store manager has created a wonderful environment for both staff and customers!

I’m not one to give a bad review, but unfortunately this Starbucks consistently does not do great coffees or drinks. Something as simple as a classic chai latte always is off, and service is mediocre. I’d go to another local cafe or the thunderbird Starbucks instead!

I visit at theat location ,I only had one person ahead of me, but I was left waiting and waiting while the staff focused on other items. In the end, I left without even getting my order. Very disappointing experience.”

I've been coming to this Starbucks every day for just over a year, and I am blown away by how kind and fantastic the staff is! I would also love to specifically highlight Ahren's service. He has a fantastic memory for orders, a great sense of humour, and never fails to put a smile on my face.

I went there this morning after my walk and I asked a lady that knows me for many years if I can have a cup of water! Without any hesitation she said no to me !!! I have been going to this Starbucks for over 25 years and I have spent a lot of money there! By the way today is my birthday and I get a drink from Starbucks for free!!
I will never buy anything from this Starbucks again!!!!

I frequently visit this Starbucks often, but after today, I’m seriously reconsidering returning. I mobile ordered a bakery item, and when I arrived to pick it up, I saw it sitting in the middle of the pick-up area. Naturally, I picked it up to double-check if it was mine. That’s when I encountered “Ahren,” who was working the delivery pick-up station, I assume. With no smile, no apology, and a tone that couldn’t have been more rude, he snapped, “Hey, that’s not yours. Just ask me.” I was stunned. Yes, I admit I took the wrong item, but it was literally sitting right there in the pick-up zone—what else was I supposed to do? I apologized right away, but the way he spoke to me made me feel embarrassed and uncomfortable. I’ve never experienced this level of rudeness at this location, and frankly, I was shocked. I understand mistakes happen, but customer service should never make you feel worse for simply trying to pick up your order. This was a terrible experience, and I hope the staff can do better in the future.

I’ve gone to this Starbucks at least a couple times a week for the last 4 years. I’ve never had any issues until today… I got an iced coffee with cold foam for Mother’s Day. Near the end of my drink I felt something hard in my mouth and spat it out… it was a piece of someone’s fingernail. It may not be super obvious in the picture but I showed my husband and he confirmed it was definitely someone’s nail. I’m beyond disgusted and do not want to drink Starbucks again after this.. happy Mother’s Day to me 🤢🤮
