the employees here are always so lovely but this made my day today :)
Would not give my Grandpa his free birthday drink a day early because his birthday is on Christmas day and they are closed that day. In the past they have always given it a day early but this time the barista refused.

We come here all the time, staffs are always phenomenal here. The drinks here are always consistent, once in a long while there will be bad days but human errors do happen but they make it up and make us a new drink. We like the atmosphere here, always good for chatters and the place is always tidy.

Not what it use to be. The drive through is extremely slow
I order the same drink every morning. The last few months, It's made different every time.- does not taste like it's supposed to. There's always an excuse why. If the staff did more working than talking to each other about personal stuff, maybe they would produce more accurate products in a timely manner. Plus Pretty bad when you ordered online and still have to wait past ready time once you have arrived. They would rather make excuses of their inability to give quality than give the right Starbucks standards. I'm paying for the right product, not what they think it should be. I've spoken to the manager about this before - nothing changes.
