Placed my order, got an iced venti pecan crunch oat latte. I sometimes mix this up with another drink so I thought maybe I had ordered incorrectly when they gave me my drink. Went back inside to double check and they had forgotten the foam on top. np, things happen! She made the foam, added it and sprinkled the topping.

I think she gave me the wrong topping because it's now salty and I've tried this drink multiple times - it supposed to be sweet. I just gave up and walked away with my $8 incorrect drink.... :(

This Starbucks is very convenient for my wife and I. Every other day we walk there and order on the app when we are about 350m away. It is often ready when we arrive. However, the coffee preparation is quite inconsistent. I like a dry Cappuccino and so I order a tall with an extra shot and extra foam (there is no app option for dry). Half the time it is perfect, but it often has too much milk and sometimes tastes more like a Latte. I think the barista either doesn't read the order or hasn't been adequately trained.

The last two times I’ve been to this location they've taken my order and then forgot to make my drink. Both times I've waited until I'm sure my drink should have been made, and had to ask staff, who have then made my drink. I think they have often been short-staffed lately, as the baristas always look stressed and super busy, but I still don't understand how they keep forgetting a drink entirely. I recommend mobile order or drive-through for this location!

It’s a Starbucks! On par with the all the rest of them, with the exception that the folks here always say hi when I walk through the front door. Do they do that at all SBs? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I had a great experience at this location’s drive-thru! The associate that helped that morning was Cristy, they made me feel welcomed and had my order prepared efficiently. I will definitely be going back and would recommend to other people!

I was in the area when I needed a pick me up, so I diverted to Starbucks. As I placed my order, I was immediately greeted at the drive-thru booth by a lovely soft voice... "Good morning, how may I assist you this morning", I informed the attendant I had a Pickup Order, the girl on the other end said okay ? no problem will have your order ready at window.

The drive-thru was busy this Thursday morning, so I waited for a little bit. I had about 4 cars ? ahead... when it was my time ⏲️ I arrive at the window and I was immediately greeted with a huge smile ? by the associate named Cristy who was incredibly happy, joyful and ask about my day while I waited to receive my order and never left till my order arrived into my hands ✋️ and wished a wonderful day and thank me for visiting ?.

I felt so much happier and felt as if I was a long-time customer... this is the type of individual you want working for you because they make everything okay ? and make your day.

If you are in the area, you must visit this location, specifically before 9 AM but I am sure they are like this All the time.

My drink was made ? and they even double checked ✔️ ✅️ if I was okay ? with Wiping Cream as I requested Almond milk ? as my substitution and wanted to ensure if I was allergic.

Great experience.

I will take excellent service over cheap coffee any day.
Came through drive thru really early this morning.
Ordered a latte.
The girl at the window was super friendly.
Asked me about my weekend.
Shared her adventures with her young children.
Made me feel like we were friends.
Handed my drink and thanked me by name.
Wish I got her name.
Great way to start my Monday.
Will be back.
