If i had a choice i will not give one star . I was asking to fill my bottle with water and they were forcing me to get an order just for filling my bottle which was not good at all. Its not like i m asking for something else

Very Disappointed — Especially on My Birthday
I’m honestly so disappointed with my experience today. It’s my birthday, and I went into Starbucks to get my free birthday drink. I even called ahead because the offer wasn’t showing up on my app. The person I spoke to assured me that as long as I brought my ID, I’d be able to get my birthday drink — no problem.
When I got there, however, I was told that because I hadn’t made a purchase in the last 2–3 weeks, I no longer qualified. I’ve been a loyal Starbucks customer all year, and to be told “no” over something so small on my birthday was really upsetting.
What made it worse was that the manager could have easily made the situation right with a simple “It’s okay, here’s a drink on us.” Instead, I was just turned away. It’s not about the drink — it’s about the experience and how you treat your regular customers.
I used to think Starbucks stood out for great customer service, but after today, it honestly felt like any other chain. Really disappointed, especially on what should’ve been a happy morning.

Two asian ladies, how the hell did they mess up the order twice and still not apologize? It's literally written right there on the order sheet just follow it. And then they have the nerve to question me like I'm the one who got it wrong. I asked them very polite tho.
