Two asian ladies, how the hell did they mess up the order twice and still not apologize? It's literally written right there on the order sheet just follow it. And then they have the nerve to question me like I'm the one who got it wrong. I asked them very polite tho.

Consistently have to wait 25 minutes for 1 coffee to be made. Only one person making drinks while there are two people preparing take out orders. Then two other people milling around doing nothing. I guess one plus, if you can even call it that, is they love to draw a smiley face on my cup. However, I would much rather they save the time and give me my drink faster. Should just shut down the front counter if they can’t handle in person orders.

I ordered a drink from this Starbucks, but I couldn’t taste the matcha. When I asked, the staff were rude and said they couldn’t do anything. The customer service was bad.

Easy to access the store after charging your ev (chargepoint) and relax in the store. Store is clean with washroom accessible for the customers. Friendly staff and helpful service.

I ordered a venti, but they handed me a grande instead. When I pointed out the mistake and requested the venti I ordered, they insisted that I pay an additional 30 cents, which I was fine with. However, instead of using a new cup, they just poured the drink into the larger cup and made it in the same cup. Food was heated, but still cold on the inside. Disappointing.
