This Brookwood location has been redone in the past bit, and the updated aesthetic is a welcome change! Aside from that, it's Starbucks through and through, grande Pike's and cakepops abound. Just beware of the parking situation as it shares with both a liquor store and insurance office, and as such can be very populated and possible difficult to navigate in larger vehicles. (But the Shoppers parking lot adjacent is an option as well)

Usually when you walk into a starbucks you'll hear a "hello" within 0.1 seconds. Walked into this location, yikes not very friendly at all. The cashier was super nice 10/10 for her customer service but the others seemed so miserable. It was just me stood in the line, they all saw and acknowledged I was there. No one asked for my order up until around a good 5-6 minute wait. Plenty of staff so the "not enough staff" excuse can't come into effect here. Anyways food was good I guess that's all that matters 😃

Not a bad Starbucks location. Drinks are pretty quick, regardless of how busy it is, and it’s a nice environment to relax in. Chairs outside are nice. The only major downside is some of the staff. They are quite good considering it’s a Starbucks, but they more often than not have me correcting them and seeing my name misspelt horribly! Grefen??? Not bad but could be a bit better
Parking: During busy times it’s hard to find a spot, and even harder to back out if you find out it’s full.

One girl working on the rest all standing around talking. I cannot believe how long it takes to get a drink. There’s no point in walking into a Starbucks to order a drink. You’re better off ordering from your car and picking it up. It seems to be a priority.
