Watch how fast they are when you don't tip them for a $7 coffee...back there yacking doing nothing and then oh ya were working on it. NEVER tip before hand only afterwards.

The employees are kind but unfortunately the manager makes their lives miserable. I have seen her on multiple occasions talking down to the staff and being quite rude. I feel bad for the employees there having to put up with someone who seems to be constantly upset. I used to go to this Starbucks a few times a week but I have stopped going there. I went by yesterday and noticed the manager up to her old antics and was reminded why I go elsewhere these days.

This Starbucks is large and has a drive through. Unfortunately, they have taken the bizarre step of removing all the tables and chairs from the lobby and the patio. A Starbucks without anywhere to sit and enjoy your coffee is a disappointment to me. They have also removed the customer restroom. The staff are good. The coffee is as you’d expect.

I don't like any Starbucks food, only drinks, so ignore that part. The staff here are so sweet and greet everyone, no matter how busy they are. I notice how many people ignore that gesture when they walk in. It's not too hard to say hello or a thank you in response, people. Keep up the good work, Brookswood team.

Service was slow, either understaffed or incompetent staff (or both). Half the staff was missing when I walked in & suddenly it went from 2 baristas to 5 after I had placed my order. They were all in the back for some reason. Reasonably pleasant, but none of them very efficient workers from what I could see.
