They saved my dogs life!
My dog was super sick and didn’t eat for almost a week, until we got him a pup-cup. He started eating after that and is back to his old self. 200%!!

Wanted to give a shout out to Derek the manager (?) at this Starbucks. The location was absolutely slammed and i was in dire need of that late afternoon caffeine hit. He went above and beyond and showed great customer service.

Went through the drive thru today - got to the window and realized I forgot my wallet at home and it was not in my purse as usual. The lovely barista still let me have my coffee and was very kind. Thank you! :)
I was here yesterday and their mobile order was not available to order ahead so I went to line up to order a drink. The blonde girl making drinks serve and made her friend’s drink first before me. I was in a line up before her. How rude.
Understaffed for rush. Poor management led to extremely long delays and overcrowding.

They do not offer plastic straws, despite being made aware that the majority of paper straws are contaminated with PFAS (perfluoroalkyl substances)
Visited today.staff very slow. Staff on drive thru looked alive. Ordered a iced mocha. Came and when tried...not at all mocha like. I expected sweet drink,chocolatey w coffee. Nope! I left disgusted. They must b able to make a mocha, surely. Starbucks brand has been suffering and it shows.

Clean and tidy just like any other Starbucks but relatively crowded, which seems to be the case for any location with drive-thru; the staff members were very courteous.

This is the absolute worst Starbucks experience I’ve ever had . I was a after thought to the older blond lady and younger girl named Alexa as they physically hung off each other giggling in conversation. It appeared they were inconvenienced that I wanted to order a coffee.
The shorter Asian lady was amazing however, she offered great customer service while she tried to serve the line , not letting the older blond ladies back handed insubordinate comments get to her when she asked her to start making the drinks that had already been ordered.
Starbucks is a big company where one bad employee won’t make a huge impact overall, but this older blond ladies attitude is definitely deffering customers from this store and possibly even the other ones in the area .
Her attitude is so bad that it would also differ good talent from wanting to work there , because you wants to be around that .
I will clarify that this is not my first experience with her , I’ve been a life long Starbucks customer , and attempted this location a few times when I first moved to the area . Because of her I have been choking down the coffee at Tim Horton across the street for months now , because if I’m going to get Tim Hortons service either way why would I pay Starbucks prices

I am so sad, I am here for work in pc por a tome and the store doesn't have a plugin for connecting the devices, and the team didn't do anything is not their problem

Most times I receive my order and it's wrong.
Management needs to be made aware that your store closed at 8:30 by employees. Excuse it is a holiday Monday…yet people sitting inside…didn’t get to leave a tip today with order but will still give you one..do the job you paid for…a big company like yours can’t be bothered to update its website…pathetic!
I usually go here by drive-through and it really depends who is serving you. Not everyone understand what's actual customer service mean! I came here on Saturday and had a chai tea latte. It was too sweet like to put a jar of whole sugar in my cup. I couldn't drink it. I'm posting this video here. I was not going to do that because the same day I talked to Kyle on the phone. I called and explained about my drink and he said next time I come I'm just gonna get a complementary drink anyways the next day, which was Sunday yesterday I came here and I explain what happened and basically I didn't want to get the same drink. I always get different drinks from Starbucks. It's not always the same, but I know every drink tastes. So I got my pastry and I explained about the situation the girl, the young girl understand but the older lady she started arguing with me,that since that happened you have to get this and usually it's a change for the same drink and I really don't get it. I came in the day before and I didn't have a drink because they messed my drink a day before and they're not even trying to make up for that instead they're making it worse and she's arguing with me that I should get the same drink for that but who's gonna make it right for the time that I came a day before and I went home and I end up not having a drink so that was totally rude and disrespectful and not even making it out for what they had a day before.im posting this for the owner to address. When you are working in food service if you messed up something just at least try be apologetic and make it right. Don't argues for a dollar or a cent difference with customers. I don't even know how much is the difference of the ice chai tea with chai latte lavender syrup that I got on satuarday!?
