This location was the only one open on Christmas Day, so naturally the store/drive-thru/parking lot were a bit of a gong show. However, the staff NAILED it! I was in the store for over an hour and saw them receive some serious attitude from patrons. They were calm and kind to everyone, and did a great job organizing the crowd and the orders.

Ordered 10-15 mins prior to even getting in my vehicle to pick up my mobile order so it would be ready for me when I arrived. As I got there they hadn’t even started it, I did request a pour over so I knew it would take time to do this is why I spent the time ordering ahead. He said that he could start it now but it would take 5 minutes……. I ended up having to get an Americano which I’m not a big fan of and I still had to wait another 10 minutes for that drink.
Definitely don’t recommend this location if you’re looking to use the mobile app to save yourself time.

One of the fastest and friendiliest Starbucks I have been in. Even with being busy they were still fast and friendly.
Sad to here my favourite batista, Eden, is moving upward to a new career but happy for him at the same time. He was the best the Langley Starbucks had.
