First time ordering from this location.
Disappointed . Ordered a grande but I might as well ordered a tall. 1/3 of it is foam. When I first lift it up I knew it was light so expected mostly foam. I don’t mind the foam but not 1/3 of it. That’s not what I paid for. Not impressed. I should have read others reviews first. As it appears they are notorious for this.wont be ordering again from them .

This is my go to location for all my caffeine needs. It has become a Christmas day tradition to come here and meet some friends before we carry on with our day.
This year did not disappoint. I love the fact that not one person is forced to work Christmas Day and so the staff are very friendly and welcoming.
Yes, the wait for our drinks was long, but it's to be expected and the app told us before we arrived how long the wait was.
Shout out to all the staff that made the magic happen on Christmas Day!

Extremely disappointing experience. This location was clearly not prepared to operate as one of the few stores open on Christmas Day. A mobile order around 2:00 p.m. and was only told after ordering that the wait time would be 50–70 minutes, and ready around 3pm. There was no advance warning before placing the order.

At the store, there were 60+ mobile orders sitting unpicked, many of which will likely never be collected because customers understandably cannot wait over an hour. This creates frustration and wastes both customers’ time and money.

If the store was unable to handle mobile orders, order-ahead should have been disabled. Allowing customers to place orders with such extreme delays, without clear pre-warning, feels irresponsible and poorly managed.

Shop owner/management: please ensure you are properly staffed and prepared to operate, especially on holidays, or limit ordering options accordingly. This experience was avoidable and unacceptable.

Wow! Have been consistently getting stuck in the drive thru for 15-20 minutes. Crazy stuff. Perhaps hire some more staff

Coffee (vanilla latte) was great. Compliments to barista! However, their other baked goods gave us stomach upset for days. Perhaps stay away from their non fast-moving products. It was crowded so atmosphere was alright but didn't feel calm.

During this afternoon, I decided to go to starbucks to grab some drinks for me and my family members, we order our drinks through drive through with 2 separate orders. One being a grande crunch, and the other order being a venti cold brew and a grande shaken espresso. We proceed to pay for our 2 separate orders, but as we are paying, we get charged $11 for one order, and $13 for the other order. Obviously we are over charged so we are explaining to the 2 workers at the window how we are over charged, which they did not understand. We tried to explain to them how we were overcharged OR payed for the wrong order that was not ours, and they continue to argue back and not accept that fact they got the order payments wrong. We get our correct drinks and drive away, paying almost $25 total for 3 drinks. As we get home, we see we got charged a random order (probably the car that was behind us). We then call customer service and get our money back. Overall I’ve gone to this place many times with no issues, except today. Very disappointed with the attitude of the staff.

I do go here frequently. They have their goods and bad. Sometimes they completely mess up. Lots of food/snack choices, but most are too expensive for what you get. Wow!! Especially the new pancakes. Really??

Place does need some cleaning. It's a shame they carry the garbage through the place and out the front door. Bad design!!

Why do I go? Coffee is good and hot, usually fast, and the place is relatively quiet. Also, has a good location. That's why I go.

On Monday, August 4th, around 2:30 PM, I ordered two coffees. I used the drive-thru, and the staff member who took my order was very kind. However, the moment I took a sip after receiving my coffee, I immediately realized it wasn’t the drink I always get.

So, I went back, but the drive-thru line was long, so I parked my car and walked into the store. I approached a different staff member at the counter and explained that I had just ordered from here and that there might have been a miscommunication. Since the drive-thru staff was extremely kind, I didn’t want to blame anyone.

However, this counter staff member asked me irritably if she was the one who had taken my order. I replied that I had ordered through the drive-thru. She seemed very annoyed. While frowning at me as I handed her the wrong drink, she said, “We’ll remake it, so can you take that drink away from me?” I placed it next to the trash can.

The person who remade my drink was kind as well. He confirmed with me that it was decaf, and when I told him I had also ordered vanilla cream foam, he went to the counter staff to check and added the foam on top. Throughout this whole process, I felt extremely embarrassed, as if I had caused a huge problem. I also felt sorry towards the other kind staff members.

If there had been a price difference between the drinks, I would have been happy to pay for it, as I simply wanted to get the drink I originally ordered. However, the counter staff didn’t even mention this and treated me as if I was a problematic customer.

We went thru drive thru our order was wrong and when we pulled up to the window we found customer service from girl named Mehrsa was kind of rude. No apology. Usually this Starbucks is amazing we just had this issue with this one person

I made a mobile order and chose drive thru pickup, but the the line was too long and went into the store and asked the staff if the order was.ready for pickup. He was rude saying it was a drive thru pickup. The coffee was just behind him. And there was no line inside the store! Did I do something that wrong?
