Yesterday my daughter and I stopped in here and watched a young girl working by herself make several mobile ordered ahead of us, our sandwiches, people behind us as well as work the till and clean up all by herself (was like watching an octopus at work). Management should be ashamed of themselves for only having one person working in that place, there is clearly enough work for 2 to 3 people. Do better and stop taking advantage of people.

I know all the kids come from foreign countries…but bosses should train these people better, came in July 4th 2024, after 8pm, order the footlong cookies, the girl didn’t use gloves, didn’t see her wash her hands and saw her wiping her hands on her apron, not only that my wife got sick from the cookie after eating it, we didn’t even finish it…she was sick until the next day, she didn’t really feel better until after, she is pregnant and has a doctors appointment, I am gonna send this information to health Canada as they have the right to know to investigate…never spending another penny in this location

We ordered a sandwich through the ap and they forgot to add cheese and toast it. There was no accountability for this and staff yelled at me claiming they checked their cameras and that the sub was toasted and cheese is on it. They refused to give a credit for the sandwich. Even after an apology from the owner nothing happened.
We love subway. Theres many in the area - do not go to this one, choose the one a few blocks away.

Placed an order on line hoping to save my time. 30 minutes passed and still my order is not ready.
I wish there’s an option for minus rating, the manager here is the worst person at job. I asked the person serving me if she could use a spoon to put rice in a bowl, she used same gloves that she was opening up the box with. She then said okay she took out the rice in a rush, showing passive aggression.She brought serving spoon, and changed the rice in different bowl.She then started putting up the veggies in so much rush again showing passive aggression.At the time of billing the manager came she said just to let you know that we use hands to put rice from now on.I said, just to let you know that she was using the same pair of gloves to put the rice that had already worn.(FOODSAFE-in garbage) the manager started explaining that it’s like this if you dokt want to pay then don’t pay. What’s the point of coming to subway if you don’t want to pay for your food??!! If you are hungry and away from your house and you go to a restaurant. They started poking that why didn’t you tell her to change the gloves!? Where’s the food safe certificate and why do you even have that?? That’s for the safety of people who are going to consume the food.Very dangerous place genuine eaters, this type of managers have stupid customer service and she was saying we have this for 6 years!Doesn’t matter the number of years if you haven’t done it in a right way!She said we use same gloves for cashier till and serve with same pair of gloves.THAT IS DISGUSTING!then she was saying nobody will listen to you. Everybody is still going to eat there.I wanted my food hygiene! I am a customer. You take care of your rest of the customers.

If you go to this location they keep the good cheese by the veggies so you don't see it till the end and ask for the good cheese it's a extra charge but if they kept with the rest of the cheese then there's no extra chargeWhat a scam rip off and taking advantage of people I hope head office cracks down on this location

The #5 , chicken, bacon, ranch melt is my favourite. The not thing I’d change is to go back to original Siracha. The New cream Siracha is a salty and watered down hot sauce IMO.

I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich from this store on Uber last time and a piece of chicken was uncooked somehow and I ate it first and thjust didn’t realize as I was working andwanted to finish my food and get back to work, I understand the food industry is very hectic sometimes it happens but today I wanted to order one more from uber but wanted to make sure that it is not raw again, the lady on phone said that she is not the one who makes it. Like what do u mean by u don’t make it!! She didn’t even wanted to listen to me she said next time don’t order from here, choose another store. I think the subway should take some action against such branches who deal like this with people. She literally said that we are not responsible if something goes wrong with the food that they make. I am not sure how I will be able to report this

Me and my wife had gone here for dinner last night we woke up the next day with food poisoning. Very disappointed given we spent $40 and we couldn’t even stomach the food. Please stay away from this place they don’t use proper food safe practices.
