Worst subway experience, That lady is so racist I have been a regular customer of subway and they never charger for carry out paper bag But that lady charged me extra even for paper bag I would not recommend to visit this branch.

This Subway and their staff are amazing. We ordered 13 foot longs for my son’s birthday party and they nailed it. JOSIE and LAAIQA got them ready in no time and took care of all the instructions I gave them over the phone. They customized my food request, cut the foot longs in 4” and individually wrapped each portion in cookie bags. How amazing 🤩. Each sub had just the right amount of veges and dressing (without us being physically present there for any instructions). I can’t thank you enough for making the whole ordering process and my experience simply wonderful. Our guests just loved the subs. You guys are awesome 👏🏼.

Great atmosphere and customer service. The lady name Angela is super nice. She is one always greeting customers with smile and respect. She is super fast in managing customers. I saw her dealing in the rush hours in really fast and energetic manner. Every restaurant needs such kind of great workers. She made my day with her good moral ethics and good customer service.

You guys really need to get rid of whatsoever the lady Angela or whatsoever she is. i had the worst experience with her. i have been to this location multiple times and never felt insulted. i was waiting for my friend and i wanted to use a restroom and obviously if i ever use a restroom at any place i end up buying something even if its a water bottle and i would have done the same. when i entered i asked if i could use the restroom and then she goes like are u buying a sub or just want to use "our" restroom in such a rude tone its like 8:30 in the morning obviously i dont want to eat a sub but even though i was gonna purchase a water bottle out of courtesy after saying i m not going to buy a sub she denied to let me use the restroom because those are not public restrooms to which i had to agree i would buy. even the other staff seemed so polite . people like her dont understand the meaning of customer service you guys need to hire people who know . i wish i could give zero stars
everytime I ask for dubble meat I always end up with less then a normal sub would have then get charged $22 for a sub waste of money

Been a while since I went into any Wendy's. Service was fast only because it was pretty empty maybe due to the cold weather. Food was tasty however I had I had ordered the poutine with bacon and baked potatoes with cream and chives and that didn't happen. Only noticed when I got home and didn't bother calling or going back. Next time I'll check before I leave the building. Overall not a bad experience
