Every visit I have to ask for more toppings, I hate leaving bad reviews but it’s ridiculous, only place to eat on my work break so I’m forced to order half portions, it’s usually the older South Asian woman, I’m sure managers force them to do this and threaten them if they don’t give small portions. Sadly every location in Surrey is this way, the managers all seem to share one thing in common shockingly, too bad corporate doesn’t care enough to enforce franchise locations.

I was very impressed with this locations exceptional staff and management. They are polite, efficient and quick to complete your orders. I stopped by a handful of times my sister helped me out lots with my lunches , cold cut trios , the carnivore , veggies sub and once and awhile I would pick there even baked cookies peacan white chocolate sometimes with orange juice I love the flavor of lunch every time I come thanks Subway 😊 and sister toodles..

Awful management, my experience due to the manager has been terrible. Bad customer service + I’ve seen and heard from others that she’s quite racist and discriminatory. Other employees have been great with their service.

This Subway and their staff are amazing. We ordered 13 foot longs for my son’s birthday party and they nailed it. JOSIE and LAAIQA got them ready in no time and took care of all the instructions I gave them over the phone. They customized my food request, cut the foot longs in 4” and individually wrapped each portion in cookie bags. How amazing 🤩. Each sub had just the right amount of veges and dressing (without us being physically present there for any instructions). I can’t thank you enough for making the whole ordering process and my experience simply wonderful. Our guests just loved the subs. You guys are awesome 👏🏼.
