Been a while since I went into any Wendy's. Service was fast only because it was pretty empty maybe due to the cold weather. Food was tasty however I had I had ordered the poutine with bacon and baked potatoes with cream and chives and that didn't happen. Only noticed when I got home and didn't bother calling or going back. Next time I'll check before I leave the building. Overall not a bad experience

I agree with the previous commentor. The stuff here is super friendly, which creates a good vibe. Also, the portions are bigger than I've seen at other places (talking about a bowl). A pleasant experience overall.

This review reflects the amazing staff at this location. Port Kels gets BUSY, especially week days at lunch. These wonderful ladies say a friendly hello to everyone who walks through the door, they remember people's orders, they have the line moving quickly, all while handling the takeout and SKIP orders. 10/10 every time!!

Food quality seems to have gone up, prices even more so. My sandwich was good but I'm not a fan of the new menu. No value menu, couldn't order any of my old favorites.
But they give me sting food I already complain they &I was paying then for last two weeks ?Vegetarian options: Veggie patties sandwich

Meh....subway.... do yourself a favor and go three blocks west to "la charcuterie" get twice the sandwich for half the price...Unfortunately la charcuterie is no longer in business.
