A place I take my kids to often, my daughter just trecked here in the snow to order us dinner. She walked back in the minus weather with 1 foot long BLT and 1 6 inch BLT were ordered. Unfortunately the BLT came without the B, L OR the T, instead I got a foot long with guacamole, onion and lettuce. THAT WAS IT!!!. I then had to drive over and not eat dinner with my kids, all for the lady behind the counter to refuse a new sandwich or to give me bacon. She laughed at myle the entire time completely careless that my order was messed up. Blaming my child for her screwing up my order (typical teenage worker) The way she smirked and laughed at me knowing she had messed up my order and now refusing to give me my proper order I demanded a refund at which she was not going to do and was fighting me saying im wrong and I got the correct order. One of the most unprofessional young woman I've ever encountered. Her carelessness towards the customer is disgusting and she should be ashamed. You've lost our business and I will be highly encouraging all who I know to not eat in/take out at this establishment. Teenagers really just do not understand common sense, but you can thank her for the loss of business.

This is the last time I ever go here. The workers always have a horrible attitude or start arguing with someone else while making my sandwich. The sandwich is constructed poorly each time where half of it falls apart just from picking it up. I went there a dozen times asking them if they still had beyond meatball subs. They said yes. So I got them all of those times. Then, one day, another worker said they don't and that they stopped doing so for a year. So they made me eat real meatballs. I'm vegetarian and have a health condition where I get sick from eating real beef. I was having stomach issues each day for weeks because of it.

I had the worst experience with the subway maker, such a horrible attitude and horrible customer service. She really made me feel like she didn't want me to even be ordering there. This was oct.22 4:25 pm.

Unacceptable for this location to close well before advertised closing time. 7:30 is closing time and I showed up at 6:45 and it was closed. I can understand leaving at 7:20 or something if you feel like you won't have any customers but 6:45 is extreme. I frequent this location because I live close and this isn't the first time this has happened. Staff friendliness has fallen off since Johnny stopped working there regularly. irritating.
i went here since it opened up every once in a while and it was pretty good. plenty of issues but every subway is like that. very friendly owners and workers. these last 2 months have been quite mixed though. the people working there are not very nice now and the food is slop. even witnessed one of them yelling at a child to be quiet and when they werent making much noise. really want to know if there are new owners?

The employee that was working tonight literally yelled and told my 5 year old daughter ( whohas Autism) to be quiet I’ve never experienced this ever before and found it incredibly rude.

Every time I come here I say to my self never again they refuse to put more spinach onions and cucumber on my sandwich told me its too much toppings meanwhile the guy next to my gets every topping thay have .forgot the bacon on my chicken bacon and my soup was cold like really cold! Do not waste your time here !
