Good service
We visited this location on Nov 15th, and ordered 2 foot longs, one was a combo with a fountain drink.
Upon leaving we refilled our drink but decided to swap from mug to Pepsi. My girlfriend took a sip of the Pepsi first and instantly tasted a mold / earthy flavour; I took a small sip and agreed and spit it out.
My partner then began to feel sick and contracted mild food poisoning.
Would not reccomend this location as sanitary practices are clearly not a priority, the sandwhich artist also dropped the sauce bottle on my sub and continued on making it.

A place I take my kids to often, my daughter just trecked here in the snow to order us dinner. She walked back in the minus weather with 1 foot long BLT and 1 6 inch BLT were ordered. Unfortunately the BLT came without the B, L OR the T, instead I got a foot long with guacamole, onion and lettuce. THAT WAS IT!!!. I then had to drive over and not eat dinner with my kids, all for the lady behind the counter to refuse a new sandwich or to give me bacon. She laughed at myle the entire time completely careless that my order was messed up. Blaming my child for her screwing up my order (typical teenage worker) The way she smirked and laughed at me knowing she had messed up my order and now refusing to give me my proper order I demanded a refund at which she was not going to do and was fighting me saying im wrong and I got the correct order. One of the most unprofessional young woman I've ever encountered. Her carelessness towards the customer is disgusting and she should be ashamed. You've lost our business and I will be highly encouraging all who I know to not eat in/take out at this establishment. Teenagers really just do not understand common sense, but you can thank her for the loss of business.

This is the last time I ever go here. The workers always have a horrible attitude or start arguing with someone else while making my sandwich. The sandwich is constructed poorly each time where half of it falls apart just from picking it up. I went there a dozen times asking them if they still had beyond meatball subs. They said yes. So I got them all of those times. Then, one day, another worker said they don't and that they stopped doing so for a year. So they made me eat real meatballs. I'm vegetarian and have a health condition where I get sick from eating real beef. I was having stomach issues each day for weeks because of it.

I had the worst experience with the subway maker, such a horrible attitude and horrible customer service. She really made me feel like she didn't want me to even be ordering there. This was oct.22 4:25 pm.
