Lettuce was savagely brown, employee agreed to make a new sandwich but couldn’t understand why I was grossed out at the oxidized lettuce. When asked for fresh lettuce, claimed that all of the lettuce looked like that.

Didn't have mustard, tried charging me for a sandwich I didn't want. Finally they had packets of mustard. She said " if I make it you have to pay for it" and that I didn't say I didn't want the side without mustard.
