Lettuce was savagely brown, employee agreed to make a new sandwich but couldn’t understand why I was grossed out at the oxidized lettuce. When asked for fresh lettuce, claimed that all of the lettuce looked like that.

Didn't have mustard, tried charging me for a sandwich I didn't want. Finally they had packets of mustard. She said " if I make it you have to pay for it" and that I didn't say I didn't want the side without mustard.

The worst customer service ever the staff is in such a rush to run away from work like they dont even care about what the customer wants they think they can make whatever they want . I ordered two sandwiches the first one without even asking what we want just put veggies on the sub and and even when told what sauces to put on, they put there own choice , 2nd sandwich was a chicken sandwich made into turkey saying hurry up im in a rush maybe the owner needs to pay attention and tell there not to rush out the door at exact closing time people need to learn customer service if they want our money
