Sandeep at this location is phenomenal. Despite the atmospheric river which almost caused their location to close, she was able to provide me with service. She extended her hours which I am so grateful for. Thank you again to Sandeep! She was kind, hardworking, and gracious.

I nearly choked to death on a piece of plastic that was put in my sandwich. When I looked at it after dislodging it from my throat it was clearly the packaging that the lettuce or some other ingredient came in. Absolutely ridiculous they didn’t notice this when making my sandwich. Will never trust this place again.

You can't be charging $20 a sub then do it with an attitude. More paying attention less talking. Not only us but the person after had to repeat themselves several times as the employees were to busy talking to eachother.

I was impressed by how Fresh and organized the vegetables were looking. The condiments have been labeled nicely than before. Menu graphics look great. I admire the efforts of this store. I appreciate the service I had from the hard working "employee" that runs this store. . I had the ham and Egg . Still under 10$ and I was full so that's a win ?
Bought the $15.99 deal for two subs on July 23rd, 2024. I left a tip.Took me 10 minutes to get home. I Ate one and the other for my wife when she gets home. 3 hours later, I came down with severe food positioning. Thank God my wife had to do overtime, and she didn't get a chance to get sick. Our vacation is coming up on Friday and I hope I can go. There is no refund for the hotel.?

You really need to teach your employees customer service its aJuly 12 , 2024 . I called you around 7.55 pm . Please check which girl a speak to. She is literally having no manners how to talk very unprofessional. She hang up on me while i was talking, I called she receive again and didn’t reply for about 2 mins then hang up. Wow i didn’t even want to gave 1 star.
