Came in after a long shift at work and was served the very bottom lettuce that was brown and translucent, making me feel physically ill and leaving a horrible rancid taste in my mouth. The worker then tries to justify it claiming that all of the lettuce is brown. Uhhh no, I have been ordering the same sandwich at different location for years and the lettuce was never brown. Asked for a refund and was told only the manager can do this? Will never come back to this location again.

I always order subway and order online through skip or in person and always have a good experience.. however this time I ordered through skip for pick up and when I went to go wait and show my number the lady her name was gurleen told me they did not have it and that I was possibly at wrong store.. i showed her the address and everything and told her that the order was correct.. she told me there was nothing they could do I told her if she could contact skip as it is possible I work in restaurant and it is something we can do.. she told me no and continue to have an attitude she then told me to do it myself and walked away talking to her co worker in their language.. I contacted skip and they called the restaurant she talked with them and did not inform me what they had told her.. anyways I dealt with the matter however she continued to side eye with me and talk in her language with her co worker which was unpleasant.. if there is a misunderstanding or anything you should work wit your customer and be helpful in an sort of way

Went into Subway today (02-Aug-2025) and had a really great experience. Tasty food and sweet workers. I’m giving atmosphere 1 star because when my boyfriend and I went in there was a nasty customer bullying and swearing at the workers and trying to take their picture. Shame some losers like to bully service workers. Hope you lovely ladies let it roll off your shoulders. ❤️
