Truthfully I’ve ordered 7 times using skip even took extra steps as calling to confirm my order is correct unfortunately it has not been one time. Went into the store to show them my soft bun wasn’t toasted they informed me that this store only offers 3 pieces of vegetable per item request 3 small slivers of onion , 3 pieces of spinach and the option was there for extra … please do better it’s a sandwich shouldn’t be this challenging and toast is toast not bread . 1 star because I didn’t eat it or get food poisoning but also never offered to remake or add vegetables after I drove there on a skip order left hungry and lost money . The franchise owner should be ashamed as his employees laugh over the phone and gaslight to your face they didn’t do it.. we don’t sell sandwiches … what do you mean it’s subway ? This is the subway behind the 7/11 in Langley if you can’t make sandwiches properly I’m sorry but your future jobs may be very difficult

Hands down the best subway. This location loads the sandwiches with a ton of fresh veggies. They aren't cheap with the toppings. You get great service from the owner Wendy. She's there quite often and always makes you feel special.

I came in to order food on a work break. There was one person who was currently ordering my food and me. The employee was asking the man multiple times if he wanted something as if she did not understand his answer. She was very slow and did not seem all there. While making his food she stopped half way through and topped all the bread with cheese. There was no one after me and this caused a 5 minute delay. When it was my time to order I told her the sandwich I want using the items full name. She tried to sell me on another sandwich 3 times despite me telling her what I’m wanting. She was extremely slow and resulted in me not getting to eat the food during my break as I spend 15 minutes in the restaurant

I've always had subway workers put way too much sauce on my sandwiches. Which in my opinion makes it soggy. So I asked for it on the side.The one in Langley will only give you one the side. I only asked for 2 and it was the house sauce. I've never had this problem at any other subway.
