Horrible customer service! I spend a lot on subway for kids lunches and this location has never gotten my order right, or the website is misleading! After spending $$$ they just lost my business over $2! Good job.

I want to save my purchase points in Subway app. At the time of purchase, the app needed to update and it took time to complete. I asked whether I could do it later, and the answer I got was yes. However, it turned out that Canadian app does not have such function. The staff told me that she didn't know it. Fortunately, I solved the problem at last by asking chatgpt.
I think the matter that I came across is common, and hopefully, Subway can provide this kind of training to its staff

This subway sucks. The bread is OLD. Hard, stale. Cant understand the girl and she clearly cant understand me as she kept trying to stuff I didnt ask for and the TINIEST bit of what I did ask for. Life is to short for such a simple thing to be an ordeal.
