Unfortunately, every time I’ve come to this location, it takes an ungodly amount of time for our “fast food” to come out. For example, we ordered 2 tacos. It took 30 minutes to come out and it wasn’t busy. This time, my spouse ordered 2 tacos and fries. It took 35 minutes. Their reasoning was that they were super busy and had lots of drive through orders. We looked outside and there were barely any cars in the drive through. They also only realized after 35 minutes that they didn’t have the dorito taco shells my spouse ordered. Overall, the food itself is alright, but the time it takes to receive a small order is sad.

All the tables were filthy. Person at the till who took our order when we were about to pay he stated we could have a free gravy for a survey. We agreed. I scanned the QR code to my phone. He ran the transaction & waited for our survey. We asked him how can we give a survey when we have not received our food? What is the point of the survey? Do you really want a survey with all the filthy tables? He had no answer. When we came forward to take our order there was no gravy. We informed them we were missing a gravy & he yelled to another worker to give us a gravy. This is some brainchild idea to scam customers for 5 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. This Taco Bell is not concerned if the restaurant is filthy or if customers like the food. All they care about is how to trick customers into believing this is a five star fast food restaurant when it clearly is not nor does this Taco Bell care about honest feedback by it’s customers.

Went during lunch time and the service was actually quick but the restaurant itself was disgusting.. looked like neither the tables or floor had been cleaned in days. The garbage can was overflowing to the point of spilling onto the ground. Yet most of the staff was just standing around as they were not busy. They were more concerned about getting a good review then they were about cleaning.

SUCH a good atmosphere and environment. the girls are so happy and so funny. jyoti gave us an extra taco and was hilarious and made it so fun!!!!
The worst staff and worst time that i chose this location. I ordered just simple fries, they gave me nachos with some gravy on it, I went back then they gave me fries with some gravy and tomatoes, I went back for third time they gave me the same packing by telling me that they hve changed my order. Busy in talking. The worst experience for the first time in my life.
