This has to be the SLOWEST Taco Time in BC My friend and I would come on Tuesdays......not a good idea if you are on your ½ hr lunch break. We started coming on wednesdays, but it is just as SLOW. Not sure why they are so slow when there are 3 staff. I received my food while my friends food sad there for another 5 minutes getting cold. He received it once he called and asked if they would give him his food from the counter. We are definitely going to think of an alternate Mexican restaurant to go to

Worst customer service ever! Rude staff who’s judgemental. It’s these type of people that’s destroying the politeness of this country!
I am seeing similar comments about this store here especially about the weekend staff! I cancelled my order just due to their behaviour. If the owner doesn’t change these people or atleast train staffs (but I doubt even then that lady who was at cash counter would change her attitude ever) to be better, sooner than later you’re going to be out of business!
Never going back to this place and I’d warm everyone to stay away from those awful people there!!

worst food ever! I paid for a beef taco, and the food was cold. They also put very little beef, and when I showed them, they didn't warm up my food.
We went to this location and the lady at the counter was just super unfriendly. We were the only ones ordering so I was asking her about today's special. She would just point at the menu board and not say anything at all. After confronting her why she's not talking and just pointing she started snapping and being disrespectful so that I had to cancel my order and spend my money somewhere else where I am getting some customer service. The reviews confirmed me.
