Just wanted to recognize the Meadow Lake, SK location. Overall great food but there is one guy in particular that makes the BEST drinks in the Cafe Depot. He is THE best barista ☕️🫶

For months I’ve been coming in, early, late, doesn’t matter. You advertise the Cheezy Crisp Beef borrito, and you don’t have it. Take it off the menu then. Is this not false advertising! Perhaps there is more I can do!! I’ll look into it!

I really like coming to TacoTime because the food is always good, but the biggest issue I keep running into is the shortage of staff. Every time I visit, there are only a couple of people working and it’s just not enough to handle the rush. The line gets very long, and customers end up waiting far too long for their orders. The staff who are there work really hard, but it’s clear they are stretched too thin. It makes the whole experience frustrating as a customer, because instead of enjoying the food, most of the time is spent standing in a slow-moving queue. I honestly think this place would run so much better if management added more workers to help during busy times. That one change would make a huge difference for both the staff and the customers.

Extremely rude poor service. Server refuse to give her name and manager's phone number and name. She got my order wrong multiple times and blames me that I didn't give her the right order. She seems super confused made whole thing complicated and her attitude and tone to talk was getting worst and worst. Made me embarrassed in front of food court. Request for refund. She never gave me receipt for purchase and refund. I called number on this Taco Time willowbrook mall food court no one answered. This was so embarrassing for me in food court and people witness this. Ruined my evening with my family.

I have never in my life wrote a review anywhere but the two girls working july 13th 2024 at 2:30 there lack of communication is absolutely mind blowing I had an issue awhile back with the same two girls who gave away a free water then tried to make me pay 25 cents for a take out bag when they did not ask me if it was to go and giving me an issue after I had already paid but gave away a free water right in front of me. Then today I ordered an ice tea with my meal which I always do the girl goes “lemonade ok” and punches it in me standing there confused why she would say lemonade after I said ice tea didn’t think much of it I got given my drink and it was lemonade. I don’t know why this girl cannot take the few extra seconds to properly communicate and tell me we no longer have ice tea instead of just giving me a lemonade not to mention she looks MISERABLE everytime I’ve seen her working there I say thank you to her and she doesn’t even look up at me very very rude person and i honestly have walked away from ordering taco time just to avoid the miserable interaction with this individual. Please take a good look at whom you employ to be the face of your company absolutely foul attitude !

I ordered bean tacos, the worker literally repeated my order back to me, & then I was server BEEF which I would had gotten incredibly sick from if I hadn’t noticed. I contacted corporate & was told the owner would contact me but they never did email me so basically just stole my money & I never got any sort of compensation or apology. The worst customer service I have ever experienced, do NOT come here!

I ordered the crispy chicken burrito bowl for dine-in, and unfortunately, it fell far short of expectations. The portion size was at least 30% less than what’s shown in the ads, which felt misleading. There were only two small pieces of chicken—not crispy at all—and the lettuce was stale. For $12.99 plus tax, I expected much better quality and quantity. Definitely not worth the price.
Honestly, I felt like calling it out on the spot, but held back because there were other customers around. Really disappointing experience.

I went to taco time for lunch with my kids and they begged me to buy kfc after taking one bite of the taco and I tried it and went home with diarrhea and missed a nba game on tv because I spent the rest of my night on the toilet. The staff was rude as heck and I asked if they have recommendations and she said: no idk what you like why should I recommend anything never coming back
