Service was awful, the server was quite busy which is understandable this time of year. She took our initial order for drinks and appys, appys arrived and drinks took forever to get there. Then took our food order. She never checked in on us, at this point we had to ask other hostesses for drinks and that took forever to arrive. Such a shame cause the food was great but the service lacked. Maybe they should have not given her too many tables she wasn't personable felt like she didn't want to be there

Had a great Christmas lunch with my family here! They catered perfectly to our large group, got the kids drinks out right away. Was such a fun afternoon

The waiter was friendly and helpful. The food arrived to order, quickly and was very good, as usual!

All the staff was fantastic. Our waitress went beyond and was so pleasant. It was one of our favourite Christmas Eve outings and can't wait to join the crowd next year again From the minute, we walked in the staff greeting us, and the staff upstairs were very friendly. Very happy it made for a great atmosphere. Thank you all and look forward to seeing you throughout the year Jan.

From the time we entered the establishment to the time we left, our experience was incredible. The food and drinks were top notch.

Ordered Ahi Tuna poke bowl.. The avocado was half green ( hard) and unsliced?? The rice was in clumps I have had better poke bowls by far. This was disappointing!

Everything was great AFTER we were seated. It was complete chaos checking in. The hostess told us to go find our own table....even though there were people already sitting there. Then she told us to wander around the restaurant until we found the rest of our party that had not arrived yet. Then she told me I was already sitting at my table ..I assured her I was standing in front of her and not at my table. There were issues with people before us and after us. Thankfully our waitress was amazing and we all enjoyed our food. The hostess station definitely needs some guidance from management.

Another great date night experience at the Tap and Barrel. We made it in for happy hour and had an Amazing server! He was so friendly, personable and just on top of everything! Food and drinks were great! We will be back!

First time at this location Excellent, attentive service. Field green salad was very nice and the add-on prawns were cooked perfectly. Ladies washroom is very nice. We will be back.

KRISTA WAS AMAZING!!!! She handled her section with such grace and ease and brought everything out in a timely manner. My friend and I had asked for about 6 hot and cold drinks and she was so kind about it. She had a great personality and we were so lucky and grateful to have her. Our meals were awesome we ordered the steak and loved it and our appetizers were great too! Clam chowder was epic! MAJOR shout out to Manager Jarrett! He was hilarious and energetic and made us want to stay but us girls had to shop. Can't wait to come back this location has hired top notch staff! I really hope they get the recognition they deserve !!!

Food and location was good. The service was not so good had to wait 45mins to be offered food and drinks. However, the kind manager had realised this and apologised and gave us free appetisers.

We had a resi of 23 people for a retirement party and our server was wonderful! We will be back 😊

Seated right away, ordered and food was out quickly.. when done eating servers were slow to clear dishes. Most still on table when we were leaving. Felt like the second half of experience lacked.. Food was good and would return again.

Love the PB&J burger. Recommended it to my friends, they tried it and loved it too. Service was great, perfectly attentive

We had a hard time attracting our server; she had some other larger tables that required her attention. Other servers tried to step in and delivered our food, but I had to "chase" our server around the room to place an order for coffee and desert. My son ordered mocha, but received a cappuccino instead. We were pressed for time, so I did not mention it. I guess it was a bussier afternoon than on previous visits that were better.
