Such a horrible experience.. I ordered a shrimp bowl and paid like $16-$17 dollars and I took it when I tried it the shrimp smelled fowl and rice were tasteless and so I took it back and a girl named Manpreet was there and I explained and she started telling me that it was a Korean place and not a Thai place..I told her I have tried it before at your location in central city to which she argued that there’s only one location.. please get your information right first..upon asking what to do with the food that I won’t eat.. I was directed towards the garbage bins. Having worked at a restaurant myself and having the hospitality experience this wasn’t it at all.. I wasn’t expecting a refund but at least a make it right.. this was so upsetting and horrible I had to starve through my break as I had spent my whole break time at the place who doesn’t value its customers. Please don’t waste your money at such a place.. they will give you bare minimum customer service. They will cry that they don’t have jobs but this is what they do when they get one.

Maybe I was expecting too much but it didn't taste that good. Additionally the noodle seemed overcooked and mushy. I had to look for something else to eat to recover from the disappointment.

It’s worst experience in my life with teriyaki chicken. Very bad quality of food here , nothing fresh , pathetic food . I been there with my family on Canada Day but disgusting food and service. We can easily see and say that those girls didn’t make good and fresh . We have so many concerns about this food place . Some one should train them how to do customer service and how to make food . it was Really my bad to go there and eat . We left everything there in the bowls as it was. This place spoiled my day and we need to order again from Another restaurant. No one gave proper reply on this too. I will never ever recommend any of my friend to be there or order. Really disgusting

Horrible, no flavour in the broth or ramen, I ordered beef and they gave me chicken. Ordered tempura and they put it in someome elses tray.
Decided to try the food court at Willowbrook mall as we were in the mood for light snack/meal.ans settled on Teriyaki experience.Ordered the classic Teriyaki bowl. Sauce could have been heavier and hubby said he would get more at UGrill for same price.I ordered spring roll, shrimp tempura and tried chicken gyoza. Shrimp was a nice thick size, not floppy or hollow as other places. Will come again.

I spect more of this place, is not bad but the size of the food is pretty small compared to other places of the same type, the staff is indeed pretty friendly, i ordered a protein bowl, coke and one spring roll, the food portions should be bigger and more seasoned.

Worst beef and chicken ramens we've ever tasted. Whole family hated it. Had to dump most of it away. The noodles were cheap and soggy and had a weird flavor. The meats were really sweet and chewy. The carrots were flavorless and hard. Never again.

Not even joking when I say that I come here EVERYTIME I go to the mall. The chicken or beef teriyaki with noodles is so yummy and has lots of flavour. Rice is good too but I’m more of a noodles person. Not bland at all. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because of the price. About $14 a bowl. So keep the prices in mind if you ever decide to come here! :)
