They save coast by not putting enough sauce.
I ordered extra sauce and noodles and i paid for it and yet they cutting the coast by not giving you wjat you paid for. This is 3rd time they did not add extra sauce which I paid for. I know how dark it gets when extra sauce is added and this noodle is nearly pale. Charging for extra 1.5 dollars for extra sauce and not actually adding it will not make you richer guys. In fact you will lose future customers. Your noodle with extra sauce is mild and blend than others regular noodle from other location. So blen I cant even salvage it. Its going to trash.

I just got back from Thailand and was really missing Thai food, especially khao soi. The staff here were SO friendly! And the khao soi tasted amazing!! I will be coming back for all my Thai food cravings!

There is young guy who is in charge of Wok now and Pad Thai quality went down drastically. You can have legitimate Pad Thai at restaurants with the same price. He is not good at what he does.

The manager and head chef is always so nice and happy to see me and serve .w. always hot, always delicious! Favorite spot in the mall!!

Ordered a general thairacha and i got a dish with chicken nuggets as my battered chicken. Now not lying but truly not the dish.the dish lacked flavour and i even asked for spicy and that was also missed.Super disappointed and for how much it cost it’s such a slap in the face. Would not recommend

Ordered a Pineapple rice dish with deep fried beef. Perhaps I picked a bad day, but the food was awful. While the food looked cooked well, everything had a burnt taste. Kind of like it was cooked in a frying pan that hasn’t been cleaned all day, but had lingering char from previously burnt food.

Too bad, I can’t afford to try again when prices are so high ($17.50 to gamble on a dish that has a high chance to be bad).

I had Phad Thai at Thai Express today, and the staff were super friendly, which really made my day. I’ve been to many other locations, but the food here is always the best. The meat is fresh with no odd smell, and everything tastes great. I’ll definitely be back!

Got the chicken Pad Thai today and the veggie Pad Thai. (Got 2 separate orders at 1:40ish.). To our surprise, our meals both were very flavorless!!
The front counter gal did say it changed ownership.
- Def a Disappointed customer.

I’ve worked in willowbrook mall for close to 9 months and I’ve tried almost every place to eat in the mall and one of my favourites is the Thai express there food is good but more than that there service and friendliness is amazing they always great me with a smile and I have to say when I eat anywhere else in the mall I feel bad that I didn’t drop by and say hi there chef in particular is especially friendly amazing job guys

Really good place to visit. I tried the general thai mango as its on a hype. So good and the quantity was worth the money. Also got the fried dumpling as an appetizer. I really liked it.
