Ordered Pineapple Fried Rice, but didn’t find pieces of pineapple inside rice , hardly 1/2 pieces.Rice was not cooked even properly. I can just say it’s onion rice as so many onion inside.Vegetarian options: Even though broccoli tasted like fish

I ordered to serve green curry and the guy took 38 seconds to cook to serve green curry and served it on the top of half cooked rice and the green curry while we started eating was very cold it was not even warm enough the chicken was pre-boiled no chicken will be cooked in 38 seconds and coconut cream was like very cold I don’t recommend eating here for $46

In my personal experience, the food tastes just the same as stores back in Toronto. The cashier was friendly and was quick in taking my order. I got the fish pad Thai, which has always been my go to.

I was coming for the interview today, the lady was very rude, despite she s hiring me or not, she needs learn how to respect people! First of all, she remembered our interview time wrong. second, she cut off me in the middle of the conversation twice, she asked what did I do before, I told her I was a store manager, then she cut me off, she said:"I'm asking you what did you do.?" Then I told her scheduling, training, closing,.... She cut me off again, she said really? What about the owner. I told her that the owner needs to work full time, then she said "it doesn't make sense." If you have doubts about what I said you can always do a reference check to verify. This is so rude and ridiculous!!!!!!!!

I'm here today got this soup had barley any noodles in it! Went and ask to buy more noodles they are so rude I told them there's was barley any. I wonder they have no people to buy from them it's because of their customer service. Bad improve

Specifically asked if I could have a super spicy red curry and she said yes. when I got my food, the curry was sweet and the rice was under cooked. The curry was bland at best. Horrible, horrible, horrible. I understand that it's food court food but at $14 per serving, they are out to rip us off and give us the bare minimum. AVOID!!!After company response: I did fill out your form simultaneously and you are well aware of it. You have no solution. Your staff basically lied that they were able to make the food super spicy when they only have the pre-made sauce and unable to adjust its spice level. Just tell the truth and let the customer decide. Disgusting business tactics.

I have ordered #6 and asked the server does it come with lettuce( as per picture). He said oh yes lots of lettuce plus you can add some protein. When i got my order it was just the plain rice and fish. I said this is not what i ordered and i asked about it specially before ordering, they started fighting with me. I just left the food even though i already paid for it and walked away. No apology no customer service very disappointing.
