We have been here the last 2 Sunday’s and have no complaints about service or food . However , both times I ordered the shrimp and scallop
Oscar accompaniment to go with my prime rib. Unfortunately the scallops had not been trimmed they still had their muscle attached. The first week I let the server know . This week 2 of the scallops still had their muscles attached … so some improvement 👍

Was alright. 6 of us, my salmon was good, but one of my party’s lobster was so over cooked it could have been used as a rubber ball. Another order medium streak and it was bordering blue rare. Two lobster bisques were ice cold. Server was good, but meal was lacking. It feels like the keg has declined over the past few years

This was my first time ordering take-out from The Keg. It was late at night, and I just wanted to get my favorite appetizer. I placed my order at 8:47 pm. The lady who took my order told me that if I could pick it up before 9:15 pm, it wouldn’t be a problem. So, I ordered just one item: the tuna tartare.

When I arrived at 9:04 pm, no one greeted me. I had to look around to find someone to help. Luckily, a staff member at the bar assisted me. The food wasn’t ready yet—they had just started packing it when I got there. That was fine.

However, when I received the bag, it was a bit messy, and I had to close the lid of the to-go box myself. Still, I didn’t think much of it. But when I got home and opened the food, the avocado was completely smashed, and some kind of liquid had leaked everywhere. I understand that with take-out, the presentation won’t be the same as dining in, so I was willing to overlook that.

But the first bite changed everything. The tuna had an awful, strange smell—nothing like what I’ve had before at The Keg. I eat sushi often, so I can tell when tuna isn’t fresh.

The first is from a previous dine-in visit, where the tuna was bright red and looked fresh.

The second is from today’s take-out order, and the tuna isn’t even red — the color looks dull and unappetizing.

This was the worst experience I’ve had at The Keg. I usually love this place, but after this, I don’t think I’ll be coming back for a while. If I do, I’ll probably go to the Burnaby location instead.

Took my mom out to celebrate her 49th anniversary. Unfortunately my dad only made it to the 40th. The staff are amazing and very friendly. The food is always fantastic. Thank you for a wonderful evening we will definitely be back here.

Food was good.steak could have been rarer.Service was pleasant but a little slow on second drink.They did sest us outside as we were early and the deck was awesome!Very happy they offered us that spot! Always enjoy the Keg!

Good value for Happy Hour. The 3 Pepper Chicken Wings were delicious and probably among the best we've ever had. Highly recommend them. Our waiter was great, and the food was delivered hot and in a timely manner. We always enjoy the Keg.

I ordered medium well for my prime rib but it came out to be medium rare. The baked potato was cold as a cats nose. The mushrooms were very small, Smaller than a smallest button. I t was not the same the keg preparation I used to know from years ago. The dining experience was a disaster. It was not what I have expected. Maybe , I have to lower my standards .

So good!! Had the sirloin, crab and lobster oscar with the twice baked potato. Everthing was cooked to perfection. Delicious!! Jared, our server, was so wonderful. He absolutely nailed it being happy, funny, friendly and attentive. Perfect!

Great food and experience but quite expensive.

We ate outside. Great service, food was good, and noise level was pleasant. They need more non-American wine on the menu.
