We’ve been coming to this Spaghetti Factory location for many years, but our experience this time was really disappointing. We ordered the clam chowder and French onion soup; both arrived room temperature. We asked for new ones, and while the chowders came back hot and tasty, the French onion soup tasted like a bowl of hot water.

My husband’s chicken parm was also soggy, though he’s not one to complain, so he ate it — but it definitely wasn’t up to their usual standard. Our waitress seemed unsure about what was happening, so the manager came over to check in. We were honest about the issues. At the end of the meal, our server offered us a complimentary dessert, which we politely declined, and the manager brought over some coupons for our next visit — a kind gesture.

Unfortunately, despite the efforts to make it right, the food quality just wasn’t there this time. It feels like the kitchen may have been having an off day or struggling with timing, as the dishes just didn’t arrive hot or prepared properly. We love this location, but after many years of coming here, we’re not sure if we’ll return anytime soon.

I love to come here with my family for big get togethers. The team is always amazing at handling 8 person plus tables. Yesterday we had Aiden as our server and he was really excellent. My grandma accidentally ordered something too spicy for her and Aiden was nice enough to offer to remake the dish to her tastes. She didn't take him up on it, but I thought it was very courteous to offer. Thanks OSF and Aiden! See you again soon

Having dinner here is always a pleasure, and it’s become one of our favorite places to bring the grandkids. The menu has plenty of great options for both adults and children, and the wine and cocktail selection is a nice bonus. Service is consistently excellent, with staff who go out of their way to make the little ones feel welcome. Always a reliable, enjoyable experience — highly recommend.
