“Great family-friendly restaurant with budget-friendly options. We love their “It’s All Included” menu, which offers upgrade choices. Both the French onion soup and seafood chowder are hearty and comforting, and the steamed mussels are cooked to perfection. The steak and pasta are great as well. We had a wonderful family dinner on a weekday, just before the long weekend.”

We had a great family dinner tonight, with our 4 year old. Connor our server was great and thank for the great recommendations on dinner. Food was great, drinks were great and best part of dinner was the ice cream. Thank you.

Elizabeth truly made our night at the Spaghetti Factory! From the moment we arrived, she made sure we were well taken care of, with a warm and friendly attitude that made us feel right at home. She went the extra mile to help us with our order and even checked in to make sure everything was perfect. It’s clear she loves what she does, and it made our dining experience memorable. Thanks to her, we’ll definitely be coming back!

I worked there and they caused severe mental stress, took 5 years of healing. I stress in the most highest possible words, don't work there. The former owner was a complete jerk and he destroyed my confidence. The foods mediochre.

Green salad could be served with fresher ingredients rather than just generic. Upgraded to caesar salad wich was a lot better. Ordered white wine, as the red wine tasted fizzy like if it had been sitting too long in an opened bottle. Ribs were tasty. Service was very good. Ambience was nice. Value is good overall.

Well what can I say, my dinner experience was amazing! The food was just so tasty and I couldn’t believe how accommodating Sierra, my server was! Pretty smile and really was interested in what I had to say. Very friendly, very clean environment and I absolutely love the Tiffany lamps everywhere.

I would say the only thing that I would change if I was a manager, the music playing is what you hear at every fast food restaurant. This place needs some nice dinner jazz music, that would’ve made the atmosphere absolutely perfect.

Overall I was very impressed and I will return!

Good spot and great deal for full course meal all for o e affordable price. The house made dressings are excellent. The 1000 island dressing they make is lightyears better than anything put there hands down.

Probably the only OSF I go as their food just taste different. Their food quality is amazing even when I compare to some itialian restaurants in dt vancouver.
Alfredo sauce is a must try.
Even took my gf who doesn't like pasta and she loved it.

Ordered take out spaghetti and meatballs with extra sauce and I open up a container full of dry noodles. Most tasteless dish I’ve ever had. So mad and upset I wasted money on this. I have to use my own pasta sauce from home just to get it down. I have loved this place for years and the quality is worse and worse. I asked for extra sauce because last time I ordered it was dry as well. Thought I would give it a second chance and ask for extra sauce and I still get dry noodles with inch big “ meatballs” what a joke..

No waiting for a table when reservation made the week before. Excellent service...waitress Mariah very friendly and fast to please as our 2 year-old requires attention. Best clam chowder and pasta dishes. Only problems...parking lot very full & may take time to find any spots; also, very loud ... had to yell to speak to others across the table. But the dinner was good.
