Great place to take the kids for a weekend or holiday brunch. A little something for all of us. Quiet spot in the corner so our kids are not bothering other patrons. Waitress was nice as per usual for the Oak and thorne.

We sat at the bar because the restaurant was fully booked and we have never had a nicer evening. Food was incredible & so were the drinks. Our bar servers were friendly and helpful ~ the ambience was perfect. All in all great experience and we can't wait to come back.

booked for a guys get-together (party of 10 for UFC Fight) . waitress was awsume- drinks flowed - food delivered - after fights were over they turned on music that was so loud we couldn't hear each other / so we left right afterwards- instead of staying and spending more money. two other groups also left . Also I had a member of my party that was 17 3/4 and right at 8pm the waitress asked him for ID and he had to go - I had asked prior to attending if it was ok for him to stay until after fights had ended aprox 10 pm (we had done this at a different town hall location - without any problem) no one got back to me so we assumed it was ok. never assume- it wasn't. The fights were great / large screen behind bar / smaller monitors throughout, arcade games below . under age of majority allowed till 8pm if accompanied by guardian. their weekend brunch is awsume as well.

A nice place to enjoy a meal or snack. I really enjoyed the Salmon Power Bowl. It was a little spicy but delicious. The Chicken Strips were also spicy and very tasty. Our server was helpful and very pleasant. I'm sure we'll be back again.

Restaurant is always dirty. This generation of service staff can't handle the basics. Saw our waitress sitting at a table chatting with friends and forgot my daughter's water twice. 50 mins for food.

We didn't know it was UFC night so it was a very loud crowd, including yelling at the TV screens to cheers on fighters. We could barely speak with each other. The fish tacos were very bland. My friend said the beef dip was very good.

Everything was great except we were there for brunch and the music went much louder as it got closer to noon and then the hickey game was put on extremely loud so that our table if 4 had to yell to each other to be heard and so we left earlier than planned.
I took my daughter and her friends here for her birthday and they had a great time. Food was amazing. The service was impeccable and the games were so much fun to play while waiting for dinner.

Lovely pub ambience and see decor, excellent food, friendly, courteous and professional staff. Can't believe I've been living in Walnut Grove since 2005 and yet never patronized this place until this Fathers' Day weekend because it's hidden inside the Sandman Hotel and not visible from the street. Highly recommended.
My friends and I reserved seats up at the bar. We we're greeted upon entry to the bar. Service was a little slow at first but improved as time past. The sound in the bar could be louder when the UFC is shown. Maybe with some surround sound it would be perfect. The food was very good and both bartenders that served us were excellent. The waitress that served us in the beginning disappeared. Overall I would give it a 4 out of 5. My friends and I will be returning to watch the next UFC on July 2nd. We hope you will seat us in the exact same location for the fight. Looking forward to returning very soon. Thanks again....

No little kids menu the chicken strips way to over cooked kids could not eat at all I had fish and chips. One piece was great the other hard as a rock way over cooked Our sever was absolutely incredible very friendly. She did take the strips off our bill. Definitely won't be back
My girlfriend and I went here it was horrible!! The waitresses was rude to us didn't want to give us any menus overall she did, they weren't really busy taking forever to take our drink orders we were on a time limit but we still had an hour and a half which I felt was a reasonable amount of time by time we got our drinks and then ordered our food and we got out just in time but again the service was awful they weren't really busy the hockey game ieas on is extremely loud we couldn't even hear each other talk I definitely won't be back!

The food was awful. I asked for my eggs over easy and they were barely cooked. They dropped off my fork. I asked for a single shot peach tea and I was given a double. Normally that would be fine but it was early in the morning and I was driving.
We waited at our table after being seated for 20 plus mins without anyone coming over. After waiting that long, we actually ended up leaving. I'd never go back and do not recommend.
