I get that working in food industry is hard and workers don't get paid enough for the amount of work they do. I usually don't leave bad reviews for the staff but this Tims service is very disappointing. I used to go here everyday but they started messing up my orders so I just stopped going there as often. But now, for the last 5 times, I order something, I wait for food, they get me half of my stuff, and forget about the other half. Until I say something, they just don't give me my full order and waste my time for no reason. And the staff just acts like they don't care.

I went to redeem my rewards through the Tim Hortons app. I had 800 points and wanted to redeem them for the offer that shows 10 Timbits and savoury pastries. The app clearly said “and,” not “or,” so I should have been able to get both items, not just one.
When I tried to redeem, the staff told me I could only get one. She insisted the system wouldn’t allow both, but the way she explained it came across as if I didn’t understand English and she was automatically correct. On top of that, the staff acted very entitled and dismissive.
This left me with a poor impression of both the app’s clarity and the customer service.

I had an exceptional experience at Willowbrook mall branch. All the team there was so kind and smiling. I was buying a “Stainless Steel Tumbler” and there was issues with the system and I had to wait for a while, so to make it up they gave me a 50% discount , I was going to buy 1 but there hospitality and the way they were talking to me made me buy 2 of them. Really I want to thank all the great team there specially “Tania” and “Cory” both of them were amazing and professional.

I can’t even start to describe the issues this store have. first they never have my drink today also I got some other drink not the pistachio ice cap I ordered. Secondly, they were not serving food neither I know the reason nor they explain me. It’s like a very disgusting situation. Every time I went to the store I have no other choice because that’s the only time near to my home and I had to go to my work hungry because they don’t have the fricking food
