I placed an order for a coffee and flatbread pizza around 5:00 PM today and waited 55 minutes for delivery, only to have my order canceled at the last minute. Seriously, what kind of service is this? I patiently waited almost an hour, and instead of receiving my food, I got a cancellation notification.
This experience was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. If there’s an issue with fulfilling an order, it should be communicated sooner—not after wasting so much of the customer’s time. This level of service is unacceptable, and it makes me hesitant to order from Tim Hortons again.

Actually, I visited to your store with my friends, I ordered a two coffees and bagel with hashbrown. The girl in front(gurpreet) she is really nice and friendly. She politely ask us they don’t have hashbrown for now byt ifbwe can wait 10 mins she can make it and we were fine with it.Then, she ask the other girl to drop hashrbrowns, as she (me) order a hashbrown. The other girl (Raman), she was at the back said who is she, and gurpreet replied it’s not me it’s customer. Raman was so rude at the back and said something in her own language. According to me it’s not the way to serve customers. Atleast you have manners to talk to customer or your coworkers. Still, I really appreciate the service and pateince of gurpreet and other asian guy I don’t know the name. Thanks

Extremely unprofessional staff. With no sense of customer service at all . I ordered loaded wrap and they gave me classic chicken wrap instead and when i asked for it the staff was extremely rude and arrogant. Worst service
