Every time we go there, we wait btw 20-30 mins for a small order. Most recently, I was second in line and put in an order, I waited 30 mins to get some of my food because they were busy getting drive thru orders first. They helped about 10 customers in the drive thru before getting to our order, even though we were before all of them. I have ordered soup here before, and at the time of my order, they check and say the soup is available, but by the time they get to my order (after serving over 10 drive thru orders) they run out of the food i want because they don’t serve customers in order. This has happened multiple times and it’s very frustrating. I have had my food served to me at a dine in restaurant faster than this tims

I went this tim Horton last week I had great experience specially with the girl mehak who was at front counter for the orders I was confused to order something in cold drink she suggested me all drinks which were good in Tim hortons even she said me to take quencher with some customizations and I really liked it thank you guys for perfect services and welcoming nature.
