Don't Go this place is too bad, they just hampering the Tim Hortons goodwill.
Date: 20th December, Thursday to Friday Night around 12 to 12. 10 am (mid night).
I ordered 2 coffees at drive-thru, 1 is large FV and Other is Large DD (Original Blend). Firstly, she gave me both large FV, even both the coffees are not marked. Me and my partners got confused like which is FV and Which one is DD.
When we came to know that both are FV then we went back to drive-thru and asked them to replace the girl on speaker spoke very rudely and started arguments with us on drive-thru and when we reached at window to pick the replacement then she gave us very rude and unhappy look. But this time we got the Original Blend DD which we ordered and but the taste of coffee is totally like disaster. It was expired coffee which was definitely not 20 minute fresh.
All the 3 cups of of coffee are not marked. According to my knowledge, There doesn't have any timers issue late at night on drive-thru. But still they don't mark the coffees and selling expired coffees.

Worst service ever, first they mess up the order. We had to wait 9 min before she fixed it for us. Second, I asked for key for the washroom. Asked 3 times. And waited a little over 20 min. 3rd time she gave me an attitude and said just give me a min. She was really busy taking to her colleagues in their native language.
My experience with this Tim Hortons was quite disappointing. I ordered potato wedges, which were cold, The cappuccino I received was only steamed milk without espresso shot. I was extremely disappointed.

Bad service, refused to take my order when I questioned their lack of menu items available. Lied and said they were closed.

After work I stopped by and went through driveway at 1:50 am. I asked for a bagel toasted with cream cheese. The rude young lady told me they didn't make food at this time, but they were going to start making breakfast at 2:00 am. I then asked for donuts and every kind I asked for, there were none. When I got to the window, I told her to cancel my coffee and asked her for store #.. She refused to give it to me, said she didn't know it. I have never had that kind of issue at that Tim Hortons before I've gone there all night long before. The service was degradable!!!!

Not a very clean restaurant. 2 of the 3 washrooms were closed and the only one open was not accessible for disabled people. Do better.

My steeped tea tasted like it was made with burn coffee water. It was undrinkable in how bad it was.

I'm extremely disappointed with the food quality, hygiene, and overall experience at this location. Unfortunately, it falls short of standards compared to other places. I would advise everyone to exercise caution when considering food from this establishment, as it may pose health risks. Let's prioritize our well-being

Been there this morning to grab coffee before heading to work. I clearly placed my order correct even double checked with employee verbally too “ Med french vanilla with 1/2 steep tea double double “ still got served wrong drink I don’t know why this team doesn’t understand the difference between half steep tea and half coffee , if i am saying i need 1/2 steep tea it doesn’t mean 1/2 Coffee!!
This location really needs more staff for walk-in customers, whole team is busy making drive thru orders , I don’t mind waiting but at least you should have 2 employees serving walk in people !!
If you don’t wish to do that pls close your doors and put a sign only drive thru so that you don’t spoil people’s breakfast if they walk in !!
I am so disappointed, why they don’t simply understand one basic order !!

The worst tim horton in the lower mainland according to me, staff are always in a rush, food quality is not their priority, they just want to get rid of you as fast as possible. I guess if you want good service/food you need to be able to speak their language, which is concerning given that we are in an english speaking country. The place is filthy, i dont know if they even clean. Not coming here ever again. Please do better for people choosing to spend their money at your establishment, we expect to receive quality service and a clean environment. Thank you.

I ordered a croissant Nutella, there was barely any Nutella in it. I asked for a small amount on the side, the staff told me they don’ t have container to put it in, in that case they just could have made another one with a decent amount of Nutella right? Well the answer is NO because they dont understand english nor the basic concept of customer service. This tim Horton needs to hire people who can communicate and understand basic english. At other branches they have decent amount of Nutella in their croissant. Should it not be standardized? If i wanted a plain croissant i would have ordered one, but if i pay for a Nutella croissant i expect to get a Nutella croissant!!!!!

The care in packing the food for the drive thru is in needing of huge improvements.
Half the time hashbrowns aren’t even in a sleeve or they’re folded in half on the bottom of the bag.
