Honestly nothing canadian about tim hortons anymore. The service is always rushed. there’s no hello, goodmorning, goodbye. they get your order wrong every single time. Complete disregard for the customer experience.

Lately I’ve been so disappointed by lack of quality at all Tim Hortons. This one is no different. None of the food looks like the pictures, nothing tastes fresh and the coffee in drive thru is never stirred, so the sugar sits at the bottom and the creme at the top. The smile cookies are a disgraceful rip off, the icing is so minimal and the cookie tastes old and you pay extra for this experience. Atleast don’t eat part of the cookies you’re selling. Maybe the cookies were returned? But don’t serve old cookies

People who work here dont give a damn what they give you. Ordered 25$ worth. 7 items. 2 were right. The rest i had to through away. Nice start of a day. Please fire everyone out rhere and get normal workers who gives a damn avout their job. Discusting service. Waist of money. And gets you in a very bad mood right from the start of your day.
Garbage since the original family owners sold out. Now it's all junk food, terrible staff training and communication. the coffee is not great. I only went here because a friend insisted and paid, otherwise i would not voluntarily go here.

Really bad experience with this place this morning. We ordered two grilled cheese melt with tomatoes and lettuce and we got a surprising ingredient in it which was bacon. We are vegetarian and getting this thing in our sandwiches was disgusting.
