Worst tim horton. I took food from Them and it was totally burnt and when i tried to place a call and the girl gave a very wague excuse that it was not that burnt so that simplifies they did that on purpose. And she didn’t even listened what i was saying she hanged the call. Is that what customer service is call. Never expected this thing from tim. Plz don’t work if you don’t have basic understanding and etiquette.

Only customer in the drive thru and they completely got my order wrong as per usual. The saving grace was I got a refund for my order but I will never return to this Tims. They don't have it together

They are so rude, we didnt order, we went another location, train your employee very well, teach how to treat your customers, and she forward us to seven eleven for ice, so we need buy coffee from tım and put ıce from seven eleven

I’ve recently started coming to this Tim Hortons almost every evening for an iced capp and a donut. There’s a tall girl who usually serves me, and although I don’t know her name, I really appreciate how polite, soft-spoken, and friendly she is every single time. I saw her mostly in the evening. Her customer service is always warm and welcoming, and it honestly makes my visit more enjoyable. Because of her, I’ve become a regular. Great service and a great vibe overall!!!

Really like this place. I was there around 6:30 and order a steep tea . It was super fresh. The staff was very nice and polite. Definitely prefer this place.

I use the drive through every morning to get my green tea with one honey. I was suddenly told yesterday that my honey was an extra. 70 cents?!?! It took me a second to wrap my head around the 33% price increase and when I got to the window I asked how much extra cream and sugar was for coffee? No extra charge on coffee, just for honey. I've seen the low end (not pure raw) honey they use which they just squeeze from a bottle. Im guessing they probably get at least 100 squeezes from a bottle that costs about $8? We can all do the math on that one. This was the straw that broke the camels back for me and I will now get my tea from the McDonald's across the street. I am a business owner and understand costs, and not asking for anything free, but there is no way in hell a .70 shot of honey (half of which is usually on the side of my cup) can be justified except by pure greed.
