It was pretty nasty, so many employees are really good. They're drive through had doughnuts everywhere. Food plastered on the side of the building cops everywhere. It's like employees don't care about the company complete s. LOB s. 1 or 2 grid workers are the really great workers. Tool of management sucks. And they throw a lot of food out. The staff at this location is not working honestly. Every time I went by the outlet they all are joking and laughing , this is my 10 th time I am getting either a cold food or cold hot coffee. I did my job complaining to the manager about the worth of my money that I get cold food or cold hot beverage . Today also my hot latte is barely hot. Staff is not doing their work properly and just enjoying jokes with each other in the drive through . My money gets waste when I don’t receive the product properly. I hope some senior manager should intervene in this and take appropriate action so that atleast I get product which is worth my hard earned money

Well, I broke my promise to bann these places after a lot of frustration. I went to a different location just for the heck of it. Again, wife and I ordered breakfast sandwiches, both were dry hard and need to be washed down with coffee. Not like "over toasted dry" but like over microwaved. Reminds me of a cheap frozen pizza kinda hard. I won the lottery on coffee because it was good and this time staff were pleasant.
I've kept defending Tim's but the last few yrs it's been steadily disappointing. I don't know what part of the operation is amiss but know that most people stay silent and look elsewhere.

EVERYTIME I’m buying coffee ?The manager there always getting upset to her employee they always have an argument she always preaching her employee in a front of customer like “ this is your job you’re not supposed to go there. You can’t argue with me that’s ao awful . it’s like so embarrassing and I feel bad to all the ladies who work there. Even there’s a custumer she keeps yelling and telling her employee to move faster.. not only it happened once EVERYTIME I go there the manager is always yelling to her employee. They don’t give you sleeve for a hot coffee even though you ordered soup donuts YOU ALWAYS HAVE TO ASKED FOR A NAPKIN obviously that store is trying to cut the budget NO SLEEVE FOR A HOT COFFEE NO NAPKIN UNLESS YOU ASKED.today is October 11,2024 time 10:37 am the manager there is mean to her employee why don’t you interview each employee who work there. Like today I visit? She keep yelling to them the way she asked to do something.
Convenient to stop in the gas station fill up and grab Tim's coffee. Never used the drive thru but sometimes gets busy inside the store with wait times. Can be hit or miss when it's busiest

Purchased my nutella dream donut which took forever for my donut to be picked up. The nutella dream donut has no nutella on top but just some icing sugar and nothing inside. Service is kinda slow and the staff simply ignores your order unless if you tell them to prepare your order.
