With 4 locations within 5 mins of each other, this is the best Tim Hortons in Walnut Grove, hands down. Great service and quality almost every time, we don’t even bother going to the others and will go out of the way for this location if we’re craving Tim’s.

Wrost service I got on any tim hortons.They closed at 9pm and I go there around 8.10 pm and ask for ice capp nd employee said we don’t have ice capp we just washed machine. There is 50 minutes left to close. Later I order ice latte with espresso foam and she had add just little amount of foam and bitching with someone on headset that i had told her about less foam infront of me. Then I gave her 7 dollars nd she didn’t even give me change and left to do other chores. I was only customer there and wait for around 10 minutes. Horrible service.

Morning crew is awesome. Fast, friendly and accurate. Afternoon team is the complete opposite. They ignore you, can't get the orders correct. After 10 minutes of waiting line, you just get fed up and walk out with nothing. I watched a staff member today take 10 minutes to pick 20 tidbits and butter 2 bagels. I am an everyday customer, but now refuse to go in the afternoon.

They suck so slow and so rude don't acknowledge that you are even standing there .
The only thing I wanna say round face girl was so rude with me, and was not listening me properly. Moreover, in veggie loaded wrap rice were a little bit undercooked.

Donuts such as a Boston Cream or Canadian Maple should not be served in a bag. The topping is completely stuck to the top of it. I will be gladly rejecting these donuts should this happen again and asking for my money back in the future.
