No one at the till and actually have to yell to get service...1st time here and never to return. Train your staff of find people that take a little pride in what they do

I tried to order 2 black coffees with one sugar each both times I've ordered this. I got 2 coffees with cream. No sugar i'm lactose horrible job.

Hi owner, I tried following the link you posted, it takes me to the tim Hortons reward web page, regardless, the staff didn't provide me with any receipt on both visits after I paid. At least you responded, I will acknowledge that.

All staff need to quit or lose there jobs this is terrible your order comes out randomized every time. This time they didn't even butter my bagel they just slapped a peace of butter on it and called it a day. Look at the reviews all the staff don't care about there jobs just replace them.

This is the worst Timmy's I have ever been to from a customer service side. I just stood by the till for a solid 10 minutes (started watching my watch once it got to 3 minutes) and not a single person came up to take my order. I even went up to someone and asked them and they said that the till wasn't on, which is fine, but find someone to help me than. This is the the first time I have had issues at the location but it will be the last time I go here. What's amazing is right across the street is one of the best locations it's just inconvient to get too.
EDIT: Yes I went back, it's just too convient of a location. Even three years later this is the worst Tim Hortons in Canada. Terrible design, clueless staff, iced cap machine is always broken. It's just always frustrating.

This Tim Hortons is covered in flies! Must have been 10 with everyone acting like it's not disgusting. Nasty, got out as fast as I could.

Like so many others this Tim Hortans is terrible. What's going on with Timmys, why are they all so bad now a days. Us canadians use to love Timmys. Now you leave horribly disappointed evert time.

COFFEE GROUNDS IN MY COFFEE. THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG WITH ALL THE TIM HORTONS COFFEE IN THE LOWER MAINLAND. NO MATTER WHICH TIM HORTONS I GO TO IT IS NOT GOOD. IF I MAKE IT MYSELF IT IS FINE, AND ALL THE OTHER RESTAURANTS IT IS FINE, SO IT IS NOT A WATER QUALITY

I regularly visit this Tim Hortons because it’s only about 100 meters from my house, making it the most convenient option for a quick meal. Unfortunately, despite its proximity, the experience at this location has been consistently frustrating.

The biggest issue is their lack of attention to detail. Orders are frequently incorrect, and the process is chaotic from the start. When placing an order at the drive-thru, you can’t confirm it on the screen because they are showing someone else’s order while you’re speaking. It’s only after you’ve moved past the screen that they seem to process your order. This lack of alignment between what’s on the screen and what’s being prepared results in frequent mistakes. By the time you realize something is wrong, you’ve already driven off. If you catch the mistake right away, you can go back immediately, but if you’re already on the highway and call them, they often accuse you of lying to get free food, which is beyond frustrating.

I want to emphasize: if I can afford to come to Tim Hortons regularly and live in BC, I can certainly afford to pay for my food. The accusation that I’m trying to scam for a free meal is insulting, and the attitude from staff only makes it worse.

This review is particularly directed at one employee who seems to be at the center of many of these problems. He’s a young man, probably in his early 20s, wearing a turban, and most likely an international student. His attitude is awful, and his carelessness is inexcusable. Just this morning, I ordered a jalapeno bagel, double toasted with butter, added lettuce, hash brown, and chipotle sauce. Instead, I received it with tomatoes. I was on my way to work in Abbotsford, so I just removed the tomatoes and continued driving. I called the store to inform them about the mistake, but instead of an apology or an offer to make things right, he told me, “It’s always you who has a problem.” It’s not just me – the reviews for this location are filled with complaints about similar issues.

To make matters worse, just the day before, I asked for a simple bagel with butter. Instead, I was charged for cream cheese and received cream cheese, which I hadn’t even requested. The lettuce they served me was old and wilted, with black edges, showing a complete lack of care in food preparation.

It’s clear that this location is primarily staffed by international students, which in itself isn’t an issue, but the quality of service has deteriorated significantly under their management. I’m Indian myself, so this isn’t about ethnicity – it’s about the shocking decline in service standards at a Canadian institution like Tim Hortons.

As much as I’d like to say I’ll never return, the truth is that this location is the most convenient for me. But something needs to change. Management or the owner must take action to address the ongoing issues here. I’m sure there are more capable and responsible staff members who could be hired to improve the experience for everyone.

Until then, I will continue to reluctantly visit this location, but I’ll always double-check my order before driving off because, clearly, attention to detail is not their strong suit.
