Unsure if protocols have chamged where no one gets anything in addition to food, straws, cutlery or whatever. If not requested. But pretty unhappy with the wet wrap I have now

We had car trouble while in the drive through. The daytime manager was most helpful in offering assistance. The restaurant was very clean and staff was attentive to keeping things organized and tidy. Thus location was way change than a previous Tim's that we visitation in the Vancouver area.

Every time I have gone through the drive thru I have been asked to sit in my car and wait for half my order which when it does come, it’s wrong or COLD. I have some grace for Tim Horton’s, I’m a Canadian after all. But when I bring my American friend to try a chai tea latte and it’s cold (like not a bit of warmth) I cannot turn a blind eye. Do better, you’re breaking my heart.
