“I had an excellent experience at this Tim Hortons today. The staff were upbeat and welcoming even though it was during the busy morning rush. My coffee was hot, my bagel was perfectly toasted, and my order came out exactly as I asked — no mistakes, no wait. It’s refreshing to see a team that works so well together to keep things moving smoothly. Definitely one of the better Tim Hortons locations I’ve visited.”

Horrible horrible horrible service. Their drive thru is one of the slowest ones. The ALWAYS make mistakes! AVOID IT if you can
The drive through wasn't efficient enough, too long of a wait to place order. Once we receive the food, we have to go back twice for charged for cream but no cream on the bagel. Charged for a combo, no hash brown in the bag. Horrible service.

I just waited 20 mins for a breakfast sandwich and then asked for a refund and got attitude for it. There are many more locations in the area I’d suggest driving past this one
I just came in to this location again and while placing an order and waiting for it I had a staff member sweeping all the dirt towards me with it getting all over my feet. The staff here have no idea what they are doing and I would hope at some point soon they are blessed with proper training from the franchise.
