The staff working on Sunday is terrible. I ordered customize pizza and offer them to pay extra which I usually do every week. The girl working at back shouted that we don't take customize pizza clearly a lie. Because I am a regular customer who goes there every day. Seems like they do not want to attend customers. Very rude and unprofessional. The management should look into it and give them better training. They are loosing customers.
STOPPED Serving food because — she said ‘we will close soon in about 15min’

Stood in line for a good 5 minutes, only customer there, no worries as the drive thru looked busy. Ordered 2 coffees & added 2 classic breakfast sandwiches. Saw the travel mug so bought that too. Waited forever for my order. Still waiting & the next guest says, don’t they fill the mug for free when you buy a coffee? Oh not sure, wasn’t offered. Got to the vehicle & they gave me farmers wraps? Omg I hate those!!!!!!! Absolutely disgusting with the service at this location. Come on Tim’s! These franchises that pop up everywhere have lost your service standards.

This time hortons is one of the worst there is one girl who takes orders is very rude she doesn't know how to talk to a customer i have asked for a coffee firstly i had to repeat myself million times just for a coffee and then i wanted to add a bagel and wedges she said wait in a very rude way like she was literally yelling. It wasnt first time that this happened the same girl messed my order couple of times and always very rude. It was dec 1st at 4:36 pm.

This Tim Hortons is one of the worst locations. Always messing up orders, can't count change properly and in a timely manner, and everyone's running back and forth and yelling at each other. Trying to order inside as opposed to the drive thru is frustrating and time consuming. The food is fine (if they didn't mess up your order), just as good as any other location, but the service is extremely disappointing.

❌❌❌ This is my second time visiting this place and am not coming back here ever again. Reason this aged Punjabi female (maybe manager) shouting on other employees like she in a fish market. Her voice is so annoying i feel sorry about other employees.
Unbelievably slow. Like hilariously slow. Had to tell the drive thru employee my order 4+ times in a single visit.

I have visited this Tim Hortons location at 9228 200st several times, and unfortunately, the service and quality have been disappointing. Your Shift manager has been rude and dismissive on multiple occasions, which creates an uncomfortable experience. Additionally, the coffee has been below standard on 3-4 visits, lacking freshness or proper taste. I also ordered a wrap, and it was poorly made—vegetables were not properly wrapped, and the wrap was left open.
These repeated issues have made my experience less enjoyable.

Closed before it’s actual timed. Went there 5-10 mints early before they close but , they already close.
Worst experience ever i had at tim hortans , the shift manager is too rude with me and i was also ordered vegie bowl which was not properly made and the quantity almost low . I just give one star because it not possible to continue with review with 0 star , if there would be option for 0 star definitely i give 0 star. I will not recommend anyone to go there.

As someone who goes out of their way to avoid all other Tim's locations except this one I am starting to get frustrated. This location used to have quality control and consistency; a serious problem with Tim's in general these days. Now it is just like the others, today I ordered a bagel with bacon and the way they put the bacon on looks to be more effort than doing it properly. I understand there is a mindset of "RUSH RUSH RUSH", but you just upset your loyal customers and produce garbage. 30 more seconds per order and maybe things would start being made right. I know nothing will change because of where Tim's is headed, but come on do your job. Would you appreciate being served crap? No. Do it right or don't work here.

Hey… everything is good. I am regular customer. But around 4 pm, it gets very very busy. I think you should increase ur staff, because I see its really hard to maintain everything, those girls are doing very hard work. I think you should think over it
I daily come at this location in evening. The staff is really nice. The sitting area is also clean.

I enjoy a fast served coffee and donut. This is not the place to get it. I have never seen improvement with the Drive Thru issue of making people wait at the ordering kiosk, instead of pulling ahead. This is infuriating when you have people behind you parking awkwardly in the parking lot to let other drivers get around. Management is poor and Owner does not seem to care of the complaints of this issue. Its not Tim Hortons service with a smile nor speedy service. This place should be called something different.
