I arrived at 8pm at this Tim Hortons. To my dismay, there were no more doughnuts, Timbits or cookies in the display. I questioned whether they were open or not, despite the fact that the sign on the door stated that they were closed at 10pm. I tried to ask for a muffin or cookie, but the clerk told me they didn't have any. All the pastries had been placed in the back in tim horton boxes behind the counter in plain view...when I asked for one of them, she reluctantly pulled it out and sold it to me. She informed me that they had to get ready for close at 9:45pm. I was shocked and applaud by the lack of customer service at this location. I've worked in the cooking industry for over 20years, and understand the need to end my shift after a long day....but they made me feel like the worst Person ever for having ordered food..people are relying on your service to a certain time of day. These employees give Tim Hortons a horrible name

I don’t understand why these people have such a hard time working at a tim hortons buts it’s just pathetic I use to come here a lot until I realized it’s EVERYTIME they get ur order wrong or they make you wait for 3 minutes after every item u order or they just have a bad attitude the whole time TRAIN UR WORKERS

I walk in three people standing around not one person says. Good morning. Go to the tables. They're all dirty and nobody has cleaned anything although there's no business. Very disappointing for the brand of Tim Hortons.

We went there over an hour before the closing time and they told us they don’t have espresso because coffee machine is getting cleaned. This is not appropriate for a Tim and I have never had such service ever before.

I ordered just one small double double coffee from the drive thru, and the lady who was taking the order asked me the waiting time is 3 mins. However, i kept waiting for my coffee for almost 6 -7 minsss and the other cars were in the line too. It’s just not only the first time, every-time i get coffee from drive thru , the experience is same(worst). Very disappointed.

I was really disappointed with the service. The staff didn’t seem to care much, and my steeped tea wasn’t even stirred properly—it tasted weak and off. Definitely not what I expect from them.

The service at this Tim Hortons is very poor. My orders are often wrong the food quality is poor and the staff don’t seem to care when mistakes happen. Instead of fixing these issues I’ve noticed something very concerning some of the 5-star reviews on Google are clearly from their own employees.Its easy to tell because the wording is generic, and a few of the names match people I’ve actually seen working in the store. This is dishonest and misleading. Reviews should come from real customers, not staff trying to make the store look better than it really is.If management spent half as much energy on training and customer service as they do on boosting fake ratings, this location wouldn’t have so many complaints. Until then I will not recommend this Tims.

I had such a frustrating experience at this Tim Hortons on a weekend evening. There was this tall, round-faced girl working who was just really rude and didn’t seem to care at all. She totally messed up my order and acted like serving customers was such a huge bother for her.

Instead of paying attention, the staff were just chatting away in their own language and ignoring people waiting. I’m vegetarian, and the person right before me ordered a turkey bacon club. The same girl handed that order, then made my vegetarian wrap without even changing her gloves. Seriously, that’s gross and shows zero respect for food safety. My wrap was definitely cross-contaminated before I even got it.

Honestly, this place was a total waste of my time and money. The weekend staff here seriously need some proper training or should just be replaced. If you care about decent service and safe food, I’d avoid this location altogether. I’m definitely not coming back.
