Tim’s donuts are not like they used to be. Kinda disappointing actually.

There were two staff members, but they neither asked for my order nor said, "Please wait," even though I had been standing in front of the counter for several minutes. They didn’t even make eye contact.

Pls schedule more employees. Its so unfair to yr 2 employees in such busy hours. I felt bad seeing them working under such tremendous pressure. Its also very unpleasant to Timmy’s customers to wait such long time for 4 chicken wraps and soups. I didnt enjoy my order thinking of why such low man power and such high pressure on yr employees. Thanks to your evening shift. Sunday 6pm
We were there last Sunday evening around 5:00 pm waiting for at least 5 minutes with nobody serving us , there were only two ladies working , one is busy with drive-through, the other was busy taking out garbage. After we finally got our food, ready to enjoy our food. The staff came around and start to sweep the floor. I cannot eat my food while someone sweeps the floor. The experience was terrible.
Just a horrible tims the employees just stare at you while your waiting in line dont help at all waited 10 mins in a empty store to be served

Worst service ever and the woman at the drive through window doesn't even speak english, she messed up the order and assumed that people would know her native language?? Wth? From my wild guess, she was speaking to me in punjabi...why??
We went to drive thu for coffee and snacks but they charged me the amount for the items I wanted, while taking my order and they gave me something else because they were out of ingredients...is this some kind of rude joke? It's not even April fools day! It was on 2nd nov, 2024 evening between 3.30pm to 4.30pm.
Hello, tim hortons management do you consider training your staff or even have interviews of the people you employ...everyone knows it all about cheap labour and how people are boycotting tims for their hiring policies...i get it now.
I hope great canadian entrepreneurs come up with better business ethics and professionalism in a new and better coffee chain...i will be waiting!

Just waited 5 mins with no one in front of me to make an order. Got no help. Left to go to McDonald's. Even they are better which is unbelievable

Wrap was pretty good but awful service, i was waiting at the front counters asking if i could order for at least 3 minutes. The bagel that i ordered didnt come with any sort of sauce and when i asked for sauce they told me it would be a dollar extra for some mayo.
