I had a really bad experience! I arrived in the morning around 9:30 and ordered a 12-grain bagel. However, the lady working there was busy talking to another crew member on her headset. Instead of my bagel, she gave me a muffin and a cookie. I was on my way to work, and this mistake ruined my entire day. I even tried to call them, but no one answered.

BEWARE going through the drive thru!!! They will put a much larger amount on their debit machine and request you “tap” but they won’t show you the machine prior to. They also purposely omit items you’ve paid for and ordered as well.

Horrible breakfast wrap. Yikes. Hate to waste food and money. After two bites, can’t take it anymore.
This place would be a 1 star place if the fake 5 star rating is not all over the place.
Work ethics are amazing even team members are polite and respectful 😊

Early this morning, I decided to grab a bagel from Tim Hortons, thinking it would be fresh. To my shock, it looked like someone had already taken a bite! I’ve always preferred Starbucks, but after almost a year, I wanted to give Tim a try again. This is completely unacceptable—how can a place serve food in this condition? I expected better quality and hygiene. Definitely not coming back anytime soon.”

Just went into this Tim Hortons at 9:15pm … they close at 10:00pm. I asked what soup they have and the sales person said they don’t have any soup left. I asked for a bagel and she said they don’t have any bagels. I asked if they have any food available and she said no, because they are closing. Why do places do this? You’re open till 10, so should there not still be food available till 10? I get some things may run out, but they were basically fully shutting down so they could walk out as early as possible. It’s just lazy, and super annoying as a customer.
